They completed the work ahead of time and helped with so many things - an extra drain to help with the water into the swale which was diverted to keep from undermining the neighbors garden (which was over on our property), to mention just a one. Everything is thriving now that we have reached the hot, humid summer weather and we are secure in the knowledge that our drainage system (here in wet Louisiana) will function to take the run-off water out to the street and not drown our grass or plants. Matt recently came out to assess the drainage after a new garden bed was installed and they will install two more drains to cover this. Many thanks, to Matt, Aaron and the rest of the team!

They arrive early in the morning while I'm asleep and weed my garden, fluff up the mulch, trim the shrubs (when necessary) and clean up completely when they have finished. I paid over $6000 for sloppy work that he cut corners on using a cheaper pipe that should not have been used. He did not put in the number of catch basins or run the number of lines he said he would do. The company that referred him came to see what he did and said the work was not up to the standards or quality they would expect and will not be referring him again. If I could give a negative 10 stars I would . I do not recommend this man or company.

I tried to work with our insurance company only to find myself continually frustrated as to the outcome. When I contacted Bulava Builders they took over all negotiations with the insurance company. They came to a satisfactory payout result. Then they removed and replace the entire roof in less than one day. The payment checks came directly to me and Bulava Builders did not seek any payment until materials were delivered to the job site and the job started. It was then they asked for a 50% deposit and the remaining 50% when the job is completed. I could not be more satisfied and I highly recommend them to anyone who has similar issues.

Eventually they never showed back up to complete the project, breaching our contract and costing me more time and money to hire a different plumber to complete the job. Not only that, the owner of eazy flo used my carpenter outside of this job and never paid them for the work they did to the tune of a few thousand dollars. I would never use them again and I would also be mindful of this information if you intend to hire this company to do any job for you.
