I'm now waiting on a manager to call me back, hopefully with a solution that doesn't cost me for California sleep solution incomplete supply list. I've been using a CPAP for close to 20 years. I've dealt with several CPAP supply companies. California sleep solution is by far the worst. I really liked Apria Direct. I would love my physician to offer another supply options. Not happy!

When I went to Dr. Yeung's office recently, I was told I need another surgery! Apparently, they didn't take out a bone in my nose that was blocking my sinus from getting out, and that is causing me having repetitive sinus infections over the years to the point that I'm on anti-biotics every 3 months. They never told me before/after my first surgery that was an issue, or else I would have told them to go all in and remove that bone and do a complete surgery/clean up. This is super frustrating to me, and hence the 1 star.
