We returned home within a short time (1hour 15 minutes) and proceeded to indulge in the BLT. The sandwich was not eatable. The bacon was stuck together and so hard that there was no breaking through it. I proceeded to take the bacon off from between the croissant. Upon doing so, I found the bacon to be old or overly cooked. There was no way to eat the sandwich. I called kaiser and was transferred several times to the cafeteria. each time the ringing was long and then picked up and hung up. May 21, 2026 Another appointment at the Vacaville location for my mother. i then went down to this cafeteria and asked for the manager. I wanted to know if this location was operating under the same contract as the Vallejo location. The manager was summoned (middle-aged Asian female). Reiterating the issue, I was told that the sandwich was made to be eaten immediately (WHAT!). i responded by telling her that the timeline wasn't even 2 hours after buying. She then asked me for my credit card number in reference to the purchase. She wanted me to write it down for her. NOW THIS REQUEST IS CRAZY! I tell her, "Thank you" but "no thank you" and walk away. She tries to adjust her response but it's too late for me. May 22, 2026 I call back to Kaiser Vallejo and receive the same phone results (3 calls/no results). After three times of calling, long ringing and then phone picked up/hung up, I call one more time. This time the operator directs me to call the director (Jonh Healy) I complete the phone call and call Mr. Healy immediately. I was met with a voicemail and left a detailed message of the problem with contact number. I now await a callback.

She was very patient and a good listener and explained my injury and treatment options - she was also familiar with my recent history/visits to urgent care. She had taken the time to look at my file first. I loved her. Plus, she was on-time for the appointment! The office was small and the waiting room was empty on a Friday afternoon. Much better than a room full of people waiting to be seen. I look forward to coming back. New patients are supposed to do a meet & greet before being seen for a medical condition by any doctor, so it was really nice that they let me set up my meet and greet for next week. Not narcotics, not anything fun, not anything sellable on the street... just regular-ass blood pressure meds to keep my heart working. I called it in five days in advance of running out. 5 days. When calling it in I was given no push back or any notion that my meds would not be filled. Not a single hint. So after the five days when I'd run out of such meds I went to the pharmacy to pick up my refill. And turns out only one of the refills was sent. They had to give me loaner pills so I don't drop dead. What the hell is even going on with this office? Ever since they became Muir medical group I can't get my medicine refilled ever without some kind of giant hiccup! These aren't narcotics. These are blood pressure pills so I don't croak! This is so insane. The doctors here are very good. I love my doctor! But this office is so screwed up and unorganized, unethical, and doesn't care someone could just die without their meds.... I'm looking for a new dr now after several incidents regarding refilling my blood pressure meds. Enough is enough. Again these doctors rule! But the office has ruined their practice and made it completely terrible. I have family members that go here that have had the same bad experience with trying to get their meds. I have had multiple situations where I need blood pressure meds and they've been so nonchalant and just "they will get refilled when they get refilled" with zero worry about my physical safety. I'm done. Everyone in this office should be examined for termination. This place is a cesspool for garbage and unethical employees. Everything is about dollars and healthcare means nothing at all. If you work here You should all really reflect on the type of person you are and really analyze what you're okay with.
