Asefeh is awesome! We had an appointment for 8 am today and she was communicative about when she was on her way and when she arrived via the Yelp app, so make sure you have notifications on. We forgot to print out the paperwork the night before, but Asefeh was patient and didn't seem annoyed by it. (We were though - embarrassing when your printer prints at 1 word/second) She wore a mask upon arrival and was super pleasant. I needed a number of documents notarized on short notice. I also needed several of the documents accompanied by apostilles (for documents to be sent overseas). I contacted 9 notaries. Asefeh at Remarkable Seals Mobile Notary was the most responsive and immediately gave me a quote and explained the process of getting the apostilles from the Secretary of State. She arranged to meet me at a convenient time and place for my schedule. Asefeh quickly notarized all my documents and then hand delivered the documents to the Secretary of State with prepaid priority mail envelopes so the Secretary of State could get the apostilles directly to me as quickly as possible. I received the apostilles from the Secretary of State in 3 days, which really helped me out. Asefeh handled everything perfectly. She is very professional and efficient.
