Unfortunately, after the installation, I experienced a significant reduction in my home's water pressure. I reached out to the company asking them to return and address the water pressure issue, but I have been unable to get the problem resolved. What is especially frustrating is that they were readily available when it was time to sell and install the system.

Initially, I had a very old UV set-up and had reached out to a few companies, but nobody was getting back to me after I sent pictures of the unit. Pure Bliss was the only one who got back to me and explained that the unit was too old to service, but if I was interested in replacing it, that they could do that. They were the only ones to offer a solution. I have since installed a new unit and an additional filter and my water is great. Aidan installed the new filter and did an excellent job - making the whole system very organized and functional. He is super professional and friendly, and a pleasure to do business with. I have total confidence in Pure Bliss and like knowing that my pipes and appliances are being protected due to the water filtration system. Everyone I have dealt with has always been friendly and knowledgeable.

I definitely agree with the majority of people here. Bill is a real POS. When he comes to your…read morehome, he's the nicest guy until he's done with selling you a system that costs almost 8 thousand dollars. He never follows up and when your system goes down, he tries to upsell you on more equipment. He tells you his system has a lifetime warranty, but when your system breaks down, he refuses to get it fixed. our system didn't last more than 4 years. We swapped it out for another system which was more efficient and cost effective. Moral of the story, DON'T TRUST BILL AND PURASOFT!!!!

If I could give this company a ZERO star rating I would!! I financed this system back in 2014 for…read more$8000 thru a financing company!! It worked good in the beginning ( or so I thought). I probably should have been a little smarter with this system, but the owner Bill Really sold it to me ! Moving from downstate, where it's a public water supply and now having a well made me nervous ! I feared having sulfur water!!!! I was told by Bill that the system had to be cleaned out annually (which cost me$500/year) and it's a potassium based system (bags of Kcl Na ate $40/bag). Eventually my water started to smell like sulfur and I had it tested thru a reputable water testing lab and it was super hard water!! Not at all what you'd expect from a softener! Bill came to "clean" my system last fall and was here a very short time( don't think he even cleaned it), he collected $500 cash and didn't even offer me a receipt. I asked him if he tested the water to see if it needed adjustments etc.. he said..oh yeah, your water is fine. Just throw some bleach in your well (shock it) and run it thru and get some iron out. I didn't do either of those things and I decided to have it tested (for$250). Per the water test there is no bacteria and no iron in my water! There was however high levels of magnesium and calcium, and many other minerals!! This guy will never answer your calls or return your messages! I now have a new system that was 1/2 the price and the water is CRYSTAL CLEAR! Not a mineral in it and no smell ! The purasoft system left water stains everywhere, didn't allow any lather of soaps or detergents! All my fixtures had build up!! I've gone thru several coffee pots! STEER CLEAR Of THIS COMPANY ! Oh yeah.. and I had a roof fire (in 2017) and rebuilt the ENTIRE house. All new plumbing, navien hot water heater and brand new appliances... that all have mineral build up and water stains!!

Through a recommendation from our neighbors on Eagle Crest Road, my family connected with Michael Baldaccini, a Licensed Water Specialist from Culligan of Newburgh. Michael was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. He took the time to clearly explain our well water quality and guided us through the best Culligan products at the most competitive prices. I asked him many questions--some challenging--and he answered all of them to my satisfaction. With additional discounts offered, we signed the contract the same day. The installation process was smooth and handled efficiently by an excellent team. My family is now enjoying high-quality Culligan-filtered water, along with the new AI-enabled device, which we really like. While I had seen some negative reviews about Culligan of Newburgh online, my own experience was nothing but positive. From start to finish, everything went well. People should take into account current service quality and updated experiences rather than relying solely on outdated reviews. Overall, I'm very happy with the service. I highly recommend Michael Baldaccini and Culligan of Newburgh.

I had a very disappointing and concerning experience with Culligan…read more A water bottle delivered to my home had tape placed under the handle, making it not easily visible. The tape was covering a crack in the bottle, which I did not notice at the time of delivery. This strongly suggests the bottle was not properly inspected prior to being refilled and sent out. That bottle leaked, causing water damage to my floor. This is not a minor issue--it's the result of a clear failure in basic quality control. I reached out to the company via email and follow-up voicemail and did not receive a response within a reasonable timeframe. No acknowledgment, no attempt to resolve the issue. At a minimum, customers should be able to trust that containers are properly inspected before reuse. When that fails and causes damage, the expectation is that the company takes responsibility. If this matter is not addressed, I will be pursuing a formal complaint through New York State consumer protection channels. There are far more reliable, responsive, and customer-focused water delivery companies available. Based on this experience, I would strongly caution others before using this location.

RUN! Everything went well with installation and I was happy until the problems began…read more No one answers the phone at the location Service technicians make appointments when you are able to contact them on their phones, then cancel appointments or don't show up at scheduled time. They don't call to tell you they are running late or call to reschedule. You have to keep calling them. I purchased and oxygenated water system, soft water system, and Reverse Osmosis system. The problems first began when water started coming out of the tap the color of milk. We were never told this was part of the oxygenation process by sales or upon installation. People are afraid to drink the water when they see the color. Then the water from every tap tasted of salt and was undrinkable, I had to buy bottled water after opening a fortune on this system. When I spoke to Stephen in the office he refused to get someone out until the following week. it took two service calls for someone to resolve that issue. I was told by both the sales representative and service techs that Stephen owned the company. However, the one and only time I was able to get anyone in the office regarding the problems was Stephen and he denied it. A few weeks ago my water was no longer soft, I reached a technician on his personal phone and scheduled an appointment. On the morning of the appointment I received a call from the technician because he he had to cancel the appointment and would call me to reschedule when he got to the office. I did not receive a call and had to call and text him the end of that week to reschedule the appointment. The day of that appointment I received a call that he was running late and he gave me an updated time of arrival, he showed up late. In addition, I smelt a strong odor of beer from him but did not confront him because I was alone. When the technician checked the water upon arrival and before he left, he confirmed the water was hard. However, he assured me that after it went through it's cycle the problem would be resolved. While I was venting my frustration to the technician about the problems we were experiencing he actually told me we were not experiencing any problems. I then had to run through the list again and he insinuated that I was the one that had the problem and I was lucky I wasn't being charged for all the service calls. Once again, I never heard from anyone to schedule the follow up appointment My husband then reached him and an appointment was scheduled. My husband told his employer he would be in late because he wanted to be here for the appointment. The appointment was scheduled for 9:00 AM today 11/21/22 and no show or call. At 9:11 AM my husband place his first call to the technician and his call went to his voice mail. At 9:17 AM he called the office only to be sent to a voice mail at every extension. Three more calls were placed to the technician with no response. We had the phone number of another technician that had been to our house and my husband reached that technician. The technician that was supposed to be at the appointment was with him so he passed the phone to him. The technician insisted with my husband that my husband strong armed him to come on Monday and that he wanted to come on Tuesday instead. My husband explained he took time off of work, because this was the day and time the technician told him when they spoke. If he said he wouldn't be able to get out until Tuesday, he would have scheduled the appointment for Tuesday and gone in late. My husband was told the other technician would arrive around noon and he would eventually arrive as well. We are awaiting their arrival. I DO NOT RCOMMEND THIS COMPANY! We spent a fortune for these systems and the service is horrendous. In addition to having to purchase water because it was undrinkable due to the salt, now we have water spots on everything because the water is hard. I have just filed a formal complaint with the finance company they use. I feel they should be aware of the problems with dealers they do business with. They tried to reach them as well but were unable to contact anyone at the office either. I feel as though we have been scammed.
