Terry Huffman was the listing agent for a home that I recently purchased in Marquette County. I regret to say that Terry and his team were very unprofessional to myself, my family, and my new neighbors. I feel as though we were not given the time of day throughout the buying process. Terry and his team have many high priced, impersonal land listings, and fail to give the same care to home listings. Mr. Huffman's administrator, Joelle Olsen, was extremely rude to us on the day of closing. After waiting many hours for the keys to our new home, she delivered them to us with distasteful remarks to us and our neighbor. Mrs. Olsen ruined what should have been one of the happiest days of our lives: buying our first home after many years of preparation and anticipation. However, she could not leave it at that: Three months after closing, Mrs. Olsen came to my place of work, drank, and harassed me about a review I left on their previous yelp page. After the fact, I was not even offered an apology for her unprofessionalism. Needless to say, I would not recommend buying or selling a home with this real estate agency. I would recommend putting your trust in a smaller real estate office, who would put the care and time into making your home buying experience pleasurable. read more

Kris Kosinski of Remax Marquette was the "pushiest" realtor I have ever dealt with. When I listed my home with her, she insisted on entertaining the first offer which was an extremely low offer-an unrealistic offer. She was money hungry and only thought of herself in the deal. As time went on, it was almost as if she owned my home and I didn't. She was bossy, rude, and impossible to work with. I would NEVER use her again. Please future home buyers or sellers....beware of Kris Kosinski and choose another realtor. It would be a huge mistake on your part to use her. read more
