Anyway. Bought a bowl for 13.99. And a glass jack. Got home and under the price tag the bowl is flawed. The glass is all rough and it has bubbles in the glass that are actively chipping off. Went back in today to show them my concerns. If you've had a glass bowl pop in for face before you're kinda weary about things. They curly headed guy who works the front looked at it and said I can't do anything for you. I said I'm not trying to return it. I'd like to just exchange it for one that doesn't have a problem. Keep in mind I didn't use it. And he still couldn't even be bothered to help. Needless to say. I won't be back. In this day and age customer service is everything, and that guys attitude really sealed the deal.

Very few strength options. The one guy at Green location that has ever been there recently doesn't seem to want to help. Newburgh is combined with liquor store so it's hard to get service without going through the liquor store first & then the selection is even worse than Green River location. VB used to be my #1 go to. Now I want to stay away.
