I loved Vapor Bank years ago. I recently decided to go back to vapes & this store is nothing like it was. Hardly any flavors when they used to have any you could imagine. Very few strength options. The one guy at Green location that has ever been there recently doesn't seem to want to help. Newburgh is combined with liquor store so it's hard to get service without going through the liquor store first & then the selection is even worse than Green River location. VB used to be my #1 go to. Now I want to stay away. read more

They didn't try to help me at all. I paid for the sample and after narrowing it between a possible 3 I might like he just grabbed one and went to the register blocking me out and acting like I wasn't talking. He acted like I was an inconvenience asking to buy something and I was the only one there. I will take the extra time to go to nice guy vapors in Henderson before I get treated like that ever again. They have a nice variety of flavors, but their customer service is seriously lacking. They make zero effort to converse with you and unless you're asking them something, you're barely even recognized. & they really don't even attempt to help you with anything. Their variety of tanks & mods seems to be very slim. Mostly low wattage, damn near beginners mods & very basic/standard tanks. They do have a couple high wattage mods, but it's very, very few. However, their prices are excruciatingly reasonable! And you can't beat that!! So, All in all, not really a bad place or a bad experience, but unless you know EXACTLY what you're looking to buy & plan to only go in & buy that/those specific thing(s) & leave directly afterwards, I definitely wouldn't go out of my way to stop here. Vapor Bank is convenient and yes they do have a lot of flavors but the customer service is terrible. The workers are not knowledgeable about the e-cigs and the juice. They just give you their opinion (not knowledge). Cool Breeze has way better customer service and I hear that Vapor Bank now is supplying juice to Cool Breeze. read more

This store doesn't even deserve one star it has the worst service I have ever experienced. They refuse refunds when their products are defective. I cannot even believe how rude and horrible the service is here. They carry cheap junk! Breaks easily, poor quality....guess thats one way to get u to come back & buy more of their over priced junk. If your having problems with items you've purchased from here it's all in their plan to get you to come back in and buy more of their junk they try to say that you need something better or you need another item to get your things to work properly.
