Amazing feeling and experience everytime. From the warm and friendly vibe when you check in, to the streamline process of checking ids and providing products. Today I came in and picked up my order and again amazing experience, but this time even better. As I got back into my car I broke my vape battery. I decided to accept defeat and came back in to purchase a battery. Again I was greeted wonderfully and this amazing human, Sam offered to replace my battery for me to help me out. Would definitely not recommend going to this place. Horrible and I say horrible customer service. I told them I just got off of work and drove about 30 minutes to get there and I was late by 1 minute. They told me that they would absolutely not sell to me because they cut off walk ins at 7:50, and I arrived at 7:51. I told them I had just gotten off of work and I tried to come on time. They said they did not care and that it was not their problem. To go somewhere else. What makes matters worse is that they began laughing at me. I felt horrible as I have never been treated like that before. I will never go back to this place after all of the business I have brought to them! I felt disrespected to the fullest. Terrible recent experience. Apparently they have changed their policies because in the past they have always been helpful but these new employees are not. Bought a vape that tastes like burnt coil and is incredibly harsh. Called them in less then an hour after purchase to hopefully exchange or return but I was told they can't help. A burnt coil taste upon opening sounds defective to me but apparently not to them. read more

This place is a joke. My 3rd and final attempt to do business here... This location is simply overstaffed with apathetic disinterested employees who are more worried about their own personal conversations than helping anyone make a purchase. They routinely sell merchandise (specifically carts and vapes) that malfunction, and then have the audacity to say you cannot get a return unless you make a public profile. That is absolute BS. There are plenty of other cannabis dispensaries that stand by their products and do not make the customer feel like they are being duped. Unsolicited chirps and escalated dialogue abound from otherwise useless people sitting around doing nothing. If I worked at a state or county ABC store or beer store, there is an expectation that I am not drunk on the job. The cannabis industry is no different. No one answers the phone professionally. They can barely put two words together. There's zero customer service and there is hardly any opportunity to reach out to a corporate office other than to franchise, which is laughable at this point. Go elsewhere there's so many better businesses to support. read more

I can look past the tight parking and the having to wait outside for 10 minutes due to crowding inside. But Khadijah needs more customer service training. Assuming certain medical customers must wait because they "seem" to be adult use instead of medical therefore a lower priority is bad business. Moving in slow motion while other tenders help their customers and get them out of the door (especially since there is literally a line outside) is also bad business. A small dispensary tucked neatly into a corner of Olney with a very pleasant knowledgable staff. Enjoy a cup of coffee, tea, hot chocolate or water and comfortable conversation if your not in a hurry. The staff is great at answering questions about the various possible solutions in meeting your specific needs through out the day. If you need something to get you motivated in the day or to help you relax and settle down in the evening or help your sleep pattern revolve on a clockwork schedule. No more problems getting a good night rest. Always had a positive experience here but recently I came around a busy time and there were only 2 spots to park in. The handicap spot was open and the medical customers spot was as well. Obviously I chose to park in the medical spot as I am not handicapped. As soon as I walked in I was met with some dirty looks and they asked me if I was recreational. I said yes and they said I couldn't park there, one employee even said I should have parked in the handicap spot. Obviously I'm not a crazy person so I said no that's for handicap people but he denied that cause he didn't want to admit he was wrong. They ended up telling me I could park on the curb so I moved my car right away. I have no problem listening to their solution and parking there but they were so rude about it and made me feel uncomfortable. I had a long day and was already feeling down, they just made me feel worse. And who would suggest to use a handicap spot over a medical one? That man was very silly. Anyways the only reason you should come here is for the good prices and discounts. Most workers are chill but not that night, made me not want to come back anymore. :( read more

I came and waited in the small line the day this place opened for recreational. I bought from this place numerous times since they opened over the last year. when they opened I was told to save my receipts and that they would have a rewards program set up and that I could get credit for my purchases. A Loyalty rewards program was recently set up, when I found this out, I spoke to a manager there and took all my old receipts and she kindly added all of them to my rewards. A few days after ,I called and spoke to an associate and was confirmed I had $31 rewards according to my account profile. A month later , When I stopped by to get credit for a recent purchase that I didn't receive rewards points for , I was told All my rewards points disappeared . I spoke to a manager about them and was told that oh that's because all of those points were accrued before they started the loyalty program and that's why I didn't have any points for that. But the weird thing is the manager added them from my receipts before , an associate also told me and confirmed I had $31 in rewards prior as well...also a printout of my rewards show $30 were redeemed .. which I never did. I had to speak to the owner Peter Franklin who tried to make it seem like they did a lot for me and it was my fault. Peter said he was the owner, yet battled me on the phone for $15 rewards I felt I deserved and had receipts for purchases, in fact I HAD the $31 rewards on my account before they magically disappeared just a week ago. I was simply asking them to honor my purchases they had already given me credit for previously already but no, Peter seemed defensive and battled me on the phone for 30 minutes trying hard not to give me the rewards they took from my account. As an owner he came off very tight . This is not what they told me when I came after they first open for recreational that I'd get credit for purchases from when recreational opened. Despite them not having great selection of flower, I continued to give them a shot all year because they're local, but even after all that they still removed my rewards of $31 cause they said it was added by mistake and it was before their loyalty program started. The customer service is really bad here , from the top all the way down. the place is small, no parking really, they don't have a lot of great flower product and they rarely carry any of the rythm products. Their prices are on the high end. They never really have any sales or offer any breaks, when in comparison, I can go to multiple other dispensaries that have a 25% off 30% off all products once a week. when I come in sweetspot to seven people standing around that work there most of which don't know much about cannabis strains(rolls eyes). Managers that don't even smoke any flower , like come on...I want to like this place, but it just doesn't really have anything going for it other than it being small and homey. when they first opened for recreational, they were speaking about expanding next-door, I'd be surprised if they even remain open long enough to be expand they seem to be on the path of closing. They just can't compete with these other dispensaries around really the only thing they have is they're the only place local to Ashton other than Laurel or Columbia or driving towards Silver Spring . read more
