I have no choice but to go ahead with an appointment with her nurse practitioner who has not seen me once before. I was notified of the change about my appointment within only 30 mins of my appointment which has created a lot of trouble for a new mom. Last, on the rescheduled appointment day, she postponed my appointment time by 30 mins again. The unorganized booking system here brings me a lot of trouble in both physical and mental levels.
