She told me to get an EEG, and after I had that done I went back to see her again, at which point she made recommendations as to how I could solve the problem. No sutures, no dressing placed on this open wound communicating to her brain. She was transferred later that evening out of ICU, and within 24 hours had developed meningitis and returned to ICU. I insisted I didn't want Rosario anywhere near her, and the neurologist in charge of Regional's ICU agreed to oversee her care. The willingness to follow up and ensure I felt heard as a patient made a meaningful difference. Chronic pain is a complex journey and finding a physician who is willing to engage thoughtfully and take concerns seriously matters enormously. Nov 2025 I've had a…read morework related neck injury since May 2024. I had 4 ruptured discs as a result of the injury. Because work comp took so long, I also developed bone spurs. Despite my QME stating my injury was indeed work related, they still denied all my treatment including a recommendation by the work comp neurosurgeon for surgery. Work comp also denied my appeal. As of date, work comp still has not approved my surgery. I've been in so much pain for the past 16 months and my quality of life greatly diminished. I developed atrophy on my left side of my body and left arm. I read reviews of Dr B. There were nothing but glowing reviews. I met with him in n Sept 2025 and he went over my MRIs and symptoms. He was GREAT! Dr B explained the "why's" of my ailments and provided me with options to remedy my injury. After a very thorough informative consult, I decided to skip work comp and go through my personal doctor. I chose to have a spinal decompression and 3 level anterior cervical fusion. A few days later, Dr Bs office called and scheduled my surgery. They were very responsive and provided detailed pre and post-surgery recommendations. The day of the surgery, I went to Good Sam. I remember being rolled into the surgery room and waking up in recovery. Immediately, I had sensation in my left hand again. It's been 3 weeks post surgery and I'm feeling great. Dr Bs staff have been very helpful and informative. His PA AManda Diep has been amazing as well. I'm so glad I didn't wait for workers comp and went w Dr B. I'm hoping for a full recovery.
