I called to ask if it could be done sooner since I was leaving out of country in 4 days. The Pharmacist told me he could arrange pick in 4 days. Wish I can give them more stars. Love the cute store with all the knickknacks! I came to the store to get a vaccine. Prior to that, I made an appointment online. I was seen past my appointment time. It seemed to me that appointment didn't make sense since walk-ins were still being taken. It's almost like first come first serve. When I checked in, I filled out a questionnaire, including my allergies which included alcohol. When I got my vaccine, I started getting itchy. I asked the lady if she looked at the card that I filled out. She confessed that she did not take a look at it. I informed her that I was allergic to alcohol, and she had wiped my arm with an alcohol pad . She was apologetic, although red spots started spreading. A lady pharmacist then overheard What had happened. Instead of apologizing, she said well, there's nothing else we can do to clean your arm. I don't know what you think we were supposed to use. She was very defensive. I'm sure if I had cleaned it with soap and water it would have been just as good. I replied to her but she said it's not good enough. If you plan to go here, you might have to repeat your allergy just to be on the safe side. Apparently they don't read the card. They make you fill out when you check in. read more

I was receiving my compounded bioidentical hormone cream from RemedyRX pharmacy for almost a year. I had labs done to check my hormone levels, which I was supposedly receiving in the compounded cream. The labs returned with "0" levels of the hormones, which I paid for in the cream. We determined the pharmacy forgot to add the hormones and delivered just cream, which I paid out of pocket for AND risked my health, I was trusting RemedyRX was compounding my prescription properly. They were not. I switched to Women's International Pharmacy in Arizona, as per my doctor, and received much better customer service, and my doctor trusted them more. I do not recommend remedy RX Pharmacy for any prescriptions. I am highly disappointed in them. My health and yours are too important to risk. read more

My husband made and appointment and went to get his flu shot this wee from one of the Big pharmacy retailers like he has for at least the last 10 years. The is a Veteran and they allow flu shot at local pharmacies. They sent him away telling him they couldn't do it. He came home and I looked online that that pharmacy could have given him the shot but that he could also choose Remedy RX. Short version: Fast, helpful, friendly, courteous, professional service. Remedy Rx is FANTASTIC. I had spent the morning trying to find someplace where I could get my booster the same day and was I was sick and tired of phone tree / voice mail, press "4" for other options, long wait times, hold music and confusing websites. Cannot understand the positive reviews...We wish we had really taken seriously the negative reviews. This was our experience: We called Remedy Rx first to check on the cost of a prescription and spoke with the Pharmacist directly...we asked her TWICE the exact amount and was given the price which we wrote down...THEN we called our physician and had him transfer our prescription from our regular pharmacy to Remedy. We waited a day then called Remedy to check if the prescription was ready. What a shock when we were told the prescription cost was TWICE what was quoted! What happened to the original price assured us BEFORE we transferred our prescription? They denied the lower prescription price quote was even made, hinting we were lying. What waste of our time and the doctor's. We will NEVER recommend a pharmacy that we personally have reason not to trust. read more

I saw great reviews of this pharmacy online, so thought it would be awesome to support a small local pharmacy instead of the mega-pharmacy close to my house. I tried Remedy Rx three times, and there was always something wrong that began with "I'm sorry sir, but [we were out of small bottles and your insurance won't cover big bottles] or [the small distributor we buy from does not carry that medication]". What's worse is I don't get a courtesy call on this in before picking up, so make the trip from Citrus Heights to Roseville for nothing. I'm going back to the mega-pharmacy. If I'm going to get bad service anyway, I want to at least get the right medication. Disappointing to say the least. read more

My wife and I have been customers at Remedy Rx for a few months. Our experiences over the years at other compounding pharmacies ranged from good to incredibly frustrating. Our interactions with Remedy Rx have been very positive. They have excellent customer service. Their prices are competitive. They do not use preservatives. The head pharmacist, Puja, went out of her way to make getting our medications convenient for us. They work well with our prescribing doctor. Everyone there has been pleasant to speak with. Received my 1st dose Covid vaccine today. Nick was extremely helpful and engaging. Pharmacy was clean and organized for immunization of the vaccine. We were checked on several times during waiting period after the shot. They were recently added to Placer county clinics for the Covid vaccination. This was a wonderful addition to the available clinics in our county. I hope they get to continue provide Covid vaccinations through the rest of the year. read more

When Kaiser was suddenly out of stock on my baby's medication (how does that even happen?!) I was in a panic. I did a search for local compounding pharmacies and found this one near me. They were so nice on the phone, immediately calmed my fears and assured me they could make her medication the same day. My dentist had written a couple of compounding remedies for me and I had a hard time finding anyone to help. He actually found and recommended this pharmacy near us. When I dropped it off, they were very helpful and explained that they would have to contact my dentist for clarification,etc. Of course this was on Thursday afternoon, Pierce the pharmacist, called me first thing Friday morning to tell me that I'd have to wait because my dentist wasn't in Friday. Pierce never left me in the dark wondering, he called me each step of the way. Pierce took the time on phone to explain to me what the problem was, and a couple options. Once inside, I noticed they had so many cute gift items to purchase, not the typical pharmacy items. I purchased a couple items, they were very reasonable prices,too. From cute jewlery, beads,wallets,wedding items, wine items, etc. Also, thank you Paula (? I think her name is), who also was very kind to me. Once I got home I noticed inside my bag, there was a chapstick,tissues, and hand sanitizer! On a side note though, I will say the parking lot is crowded and narrow and packed so just be aware.
