I have used this pharmacy for years, and over the last 12+ months have really long. Watched the…read morelevel of customer service go down. Newer employees seem to catch judgment on patrons. Even when I was too sick to pick up my own medication three different people that I pick up my medication for me told me that they are very rude. One of the owners in particular seemed to take an interest in scrutinizing me every time I came in. Although doing your job and making sure that things were described as necessary step in the right time frame it was always done in a very disheartening manner. You don't need to talk down to people to ask questions necessary to do your job . I would recommend going with your mail order or a reputable big box pharmacy. Never thought I would hear myself say that. There are a few small local pharmacies left in the area.
