Before signing an agreement with The Remodel Republic. I and my wife have searched many firms and contractors for the kitchen and Bathroom Remodeling of our new house in Alpharetta GA. We agreed that this firm because of their fair prices and quality of the jobs they have completed. And also the reason that they are a turn-key company. They have their own construction teams, countertop slab gallery, and cabinet stocks. The owner Murat and the designer Lisa have good communication skills and they are so helpful to explain all the processes and delivery timelines for our selections and job schedules. I know the construction period is a little bit painful from my previous real estate experiences in NJ. Anyway, we were glad to make business with them. We were in constant contact with the project manager Mehmet and designer Lisa. We did not need to communicate with the employees throughout the process, they were all very respectful and very good at their job. The project completion date was extended for 2 weeks more than we planned because of the late delivery of some materials but it was normal for construction issues. No matter for us. Especially all family members loved our new kitchen. The floors, island, new cabinets, and quartz countertop are all made of high quality. The harmony of colors and materials is very nice. We are very satisfied with the jobs that the Remodel Republic completed on our house in Alpharetta GA. We decided to remodel our kitchen and master bedroom. Later we added our basement and guest bathroom also. They removed our old cabinets, appliances, and wood floors. Dwain was a funny and well-skilled designer assigned to our project. Murat, the owner of the firm was a good gentleman who suggests us different alternatives on financial issues. The Remodel Republic team has done all our requests; designs were great, demolition and other construction phases were well planned and easy gone. They have a good construction team also. Oscar, the general contractor installed wall and tile floors, a marble accent wall in the kitchen, glassy tiles as backsplash, a porcelain accent wall in the bathroom, new cabinetry with well-designed and fabricated quartz countertops, faucets and sink in the kitchen. The Remodel Republic team was easy to work with my schedule and the changes. Even with unforeseen changes, the project kept to an efficient timeline and I was able to get my kitchen functioning back to normal pretty quickly. I feel I saved money by choosing Remodel Republic Remodeling to help finish my kitchen and bathroom remodel. ***MULTIPLE NEC CODE VIOLATIONS*** All of these NEC code violations left my home at risk for a devastating fire. There were many problems with the quality of work by the two sub-contractors hired by Remodel Republic to remodel my kitchen, powder room, fireplace, and flooring. The most egregious issue was the installation of recessed lights in my kitchen. I found out the hard way that they were not installed by a licensed electrician because I had to hire an independent licensed electrician to troubleshoot why the new light switch did not work. The electricians discovered multiple NEC code violations in the 6 new recessed ceiling lights and the wiring of the dimmer switch. It took the electricians 4 hours to correct this problem. The Invoice for $1005 to diagnose the problem, repair all code violations and document it with photos was reimbursed by Remodel Republic but the owner of the company never contacted me to explain why he did not provide a licensed electrician to do the work. Other issues with the workmanship such as improperly installed tile took weeks of debate with the owner of the company before he agreed that it should be redone. ***Backer board was NOT installed. The tiles were hanging unevenly, and slapped on with minimal adhesive. All of this was documented with photos. read more

Started with kitchen and bath remodel. Ended up with almost a complete makeover completed in six weeks with me adding an additional bath and kitchen remodel in basement, all new lighting in basement, complete new paint job in basement, upstairs office and removing carpet and painting stairs in basement. Raechal was the best! She knocked the design out of the park. Murat was wonderful, very patient and walked me through my complete melt down days even when he had to take the heat.
