I got a $1600 whirlpool side by side fridge with installation and delivery for under $700! It had a minor dent on the side that doesn't affect the overall look or quality. Most of the items come with the original manufacturers warranty but Lowe's offer additional 3 or 5 year warranty starting at $85 ( depending on price of unit purchase). They also have a 48 hour no questions asked return window for appliances purchased/delivered from this location. They sell more than han just appliances, they have indoor and outdoor furnishings also. Basically anything but plants ... They do have different hours and terms that vary from the traditional store but with these prices, I say that it makes up for it! I recommend looking here for your needs before you make a purchase elsewhere, it really was worth the drive to check it out! You'd think with her being related and her be a "DeBeer" she would do her best to represent the company and at the very minimum, respond to a customer. However, upon reading reviews, I see this is a pattern with not just her, but this company. If they are too busy or don't want someone's business then at least have the decency to not allow me to look at granite and waste my time. I am on a schedule and doing many upgrades to our new home and Heleen has shown her unprofessionalism and lack of regard for her customers. Maybe this company needs to have someone that just follows up with customers to make sure they are being helped and quotes that they are promised are being delivered. And we have a very large counters with angles. We visited the store and selected our quartz. The selection process and estimate was easy. The tear-out and install team of 3 were efficient, and knew exactly what to do. The cutdown of the raised bar was well done. Andre (our sales person) came out to inspect after the job. The quartz is stunning, and you can't see the seam. The measurements were PERFECT and I can't say enough about the professionalism, speed and efficiency of the entire process! my kitchen has been transformed, and it is beautiful. It had a rustic/shabby chic vibe and reminded me of those stores that you might see in North Georgia cabin country. There wasn't much to see and it felt more like someone's workspace instead of a furniture store. They had two really nice arm chairs that were blocked with a sign that said "Please do not sit on me". Now, how in the world would you ever expect to sell a chair that can't be tested? Also, if you don't want customers sitting on the furniture, don't place it on the main floor or just place it in the window where there is no direct access. I understand that because these chairs were very light in color that they were concerned with them getting soiled but this sign just seemed inappropriate and out of place in a furniture store. Much of what I saw was very light in color so if you want a light decor, you could check out the options here. There are also decorative items to add a bit of visual interest or to complete a look. This store appeared to be staged for visitors to just walk in and out. It just didn't seem very customer friendly although the ladies working here were. I just left feeling confused. Was it me?

They helped me do the purchase over the phone, responded quickly to questions, and offered to hold the chairs for me until I could get back to pick them up. When the day came, lo and behold, the chairs wouldn't fit in my car! Temporary panic, but no worries. Lori arranged for immediate delivery for a very reasonable price. Just one more reason to shop local instead of all the hassle of the chain stores!
