I walked in was greeted by a gentleman but wanted to take a look at their inventory since this was my first visit to their store. CThomas approached and asked what I needed, he thoroughly explained the pros and cons of the ones I was interested in. The dishwasher install was a challenge for them as the area where the unit would set was/is below floor level by a half inch requiring that the old unit had to be carefully maneuvered to be removed and the same with the new unit being properly placed. Working together Eric and Doug overcame the obstacle and got the new unit properly and correctly installed. Thank you Eric and Doug!! You both deserve a pay raise!! As I was leaving, this woman walked out and began explaining to me the details between the different types and brands and showed me several units. She was great and she was very knowledgeable of each one. They even have a person on the site that has been repairing and refurbishing washers and dryer's for almost 30 years. He was very nice and he knew his work. I purchased a dryer "That day" and it was delivered "That Day". I didn't even spend what thought I would spend. There was a delivery fee but overall, we have a great dryer, it gets nice and hot, it drys quick, and I am completely satisfied with my purchase. It works like brand new. I definitely recommend going here! Oh and in case you're wondering about how long ago I purchased our dryer; it's been almost two months and it still works great!

Took over 10 days to look at my vacuum once dropped off. Told I would get a call about repair…read morecosts first. Never did. Picked up and was told the battery was not holding a charge (my battery was fully charged when I brought it in). Said nothing wrong with vacuum (it originally was automatically turning off when in use and canister was not collecting debris). Just charged me $200 for a battery that normally costs under $100. When I asked for my original battery back, he said he threw it away. Took vacuum home and no issues were resolved . Took it back and Kenneth then began to guess it was a connection problem inside the vacuum. Just showed me he never checked out the vacuum in the first place. Asked for my money back, but wouldn't do so until I gave him back the new battery. I asked for my battery back but said he threw it away and there was no way to give it back and it wasn't his problem. I asked for the manager then owner and Bryan claimed he was both. Highly doubtful since he looked to be in his early 20s. Very dissatisfied and disgusted with their lack of professionalism and service.
