I was really hoping for a better first time experience with sugaring. This place had good reviews so I was hopeful in the type of care that would be taken. The place itself is clean and pink. I love the aesthetic, but the experience of getting a Brazilian wax was traumatizing. The esthetician, Natalie, was not gentle and seemed very upset when I needed to take breaks. She just kept going and telling me to hold my skin. Out of annoyance, she asked me several times if I wanted to continue (rolling her eyes). I understand that waxing is difficult but I think with it being a vulnerable experience (everything out in the open), it could've been handled with more caution. I was in pain the ENTIRE time, to the point of crying. The esthetician did not show any concern for the pain I was in. Even the way she sprinkled the powder was aggressive. I hope accountability is taken and reviewed. Overall, I don't see myself coming back here due to my experience. I hope to try sugaring at a place with more care and kindness. read more

This place is very cute. I did a walk-in today. Paid with Apple Pay. Plenty of parking out front. The place is very clean and cute. Lots of pink. The only thing is that the technician was relatively new when it comes to sugaring. I think with a little bit more experience, she'll be great. The table was disinfected after I was done, and the pink cover was replaced with a new clean one. I love how this place is so clean. It's super cute inside. Everything is pink and clean. But the service could improve a lot. I made an appointment for a free underarm wax. I've always done hard wax so I wanted to try sugar wax. When I walked in, there was a lady at the computer and I'm assuming she already knew who I was. She doesn't say hi, she just tells me to follow her. We go into the room and she asks me to lay down. Very little to no talking which made things a little awkward. I'm not sure if it was the lady waxing me or just my hairs but it was extremely painful and they say sugar wax is less painful than hard wax. I mentioned how painful it was and she was just so dry with conversation. Anyway. When we were done, I started putting on my jacket and she was already down the hall not even waiting for me which I found rude. I felt like I wasn't wanted there? I thought maybe because it was a free wax? I still ended up tipping her even though I felt like the service wasn't worth tipping. Oh and not to mention, my hairs were already growing within days. I've been waxing for years and although sugaring may take a little longer, I'm more satisfied with these results than with waxing. I never knew what sugar waxing was, but I've become a big fan! I got my forearms done, and my skin has never been so smooth. The technician who attended to me was great and helped walk me through what I needed to do for my first time to get waxed. When she applied the sugar wax to my skin, I couldn't even tell! There's no burning sensation like wax would give, and my skin wasn't red at all in the aftermath, but a nice, smoother texture. I have very light hair, so I was afraid that the technician wouldn't be able to tell, but she was really attentive and made sure to view over my skin so that there were no parts that weren't sugar waxed. Also, something I appreciated is that after the sugar wax, an oil is applied to the skin for exfoliation, and the technician made sure to inquire if I had any allergies before applying it to me, which isn't a service I get often, since I do have a sensitive allergy to some smells. So I really appreciated the attentiveness of the staff! Overall, I give this new sugar waxing a 5 out of 5 and will definitely be back again! read more

"Walk ins welcome" states the sign. I walk in at 3pm on a Saturday afternoon and no one is at the front desk. I cal out several times and a person finally emerges from a room in the back and I ask if I can get a quick bikini wax and she says she's on her lunch, but can see me in 40 minutes if I can come back. A bikini wax takes all of 10 minutes and a paying customer is there and ready to utilize the services offered and you're on your "lunch" at 3pm on a Saturday, as a new business during prime weekend hours and can't be bothered? Really terrible customer service. A disappointment. They should change the sign to "walk ins unwelcome if I feel like taking a lunch break and feel like I can't take 10 minutes to accommodate new customers".
