It's always a bit nerve-wracking giving your credit card information over the phone--especially for a $550 order--but Marie immediately sent me receipts, photos of the floral arrangement, and images of the gift card receipts and activation codes. And also what about elderly people who wanted to place order but didn't know how to use the internet to check "all the options"?
