I made sure to add water and spritz the hydrangeas too, For the price I spent I just find that absurd, especially when I can make an arrangement at home that last for at least a week no problem! It almost seemed like I got flowers that were old and left over, not fresh. Would have been a 5 star experience if the flowers lasted. But for that price I can't justify buying again from here when you might not get flowers that last more than a day sadly.

I had ordered the day before the requested delivery date on the next day. The site confirmed the order and the delivery date. Today was the delivery date. We waited all day for the delivery and Teleflora would not divulge the name of the florist they had assigned the order to. I called Teleflora twice during the day for status and was only told the order was out for delivery. They would not even give me a time window other than to say it could be as late as 7 pm. That was never mentioned when I placed the order! Well, the order finally arrived at 5:30 - after we waited all day. What really ruined the whole experience even further was that the delivery instruction specifically stated "don't block the door". So what did the driver do? Put the flowers right in front of the door so that it could not be opened without knocking the flowers down the steps! We had to go out of the house through a different door and walk around on the outside of the property to get to the door where the flowers were left. Horrible delivery experience! Won't use Teleflora again - they are not customer friendly at all - and certainly will not use this flower shop again!

First spoke to a woman who was incredible rude, did not even know the name of the town my order was supposed to be delivered to, then told me she didn't even know why people even ordered online cause there are always problems like this, and she thought it was just "ridiculous." It sounded to me like she thought I was somehow supposed to just automatically know not to order on their website because it cannot be guaranteed that my order went through or not. She said that she didn't know whether my order was delivered or not cause it is either accepted or declined, even though I got a confirmation email. Then when I asked to speak to a manager, first she wouldn't let me and wanted to check for herself if the order had been delivered. Then when I did speak to a manager, Sherri, she was not much better as far as customer service and knowing how to speak to people. Apparently, this company does not do any of the actual work, they just look for an external company to send it to, yet this is nowhere disclaimed on the website or anything I received so I had absolutely no way of knowing that an external company was supposed to be delivering my order. Then Sherri said they do not send out confirmation emails since it goes to an external company, but said my order was delivered at 9AM. She told me if I wanted any confirmation besides her just telling me that on their computer it says it was delivered, that I should just ask whoever is at the location I delivered it to in order to confirm if it was there. This is an incredibly unprofessional system, and it seemed like no one genuinely knew for certain whether my order was delivered other than looking on the computer, they could give me no confirmation number, nothing. Sherri did tell me the external company and their phone number which I proceeded to call, and they also could not give me a confirmation number. Both Sherri and the first woman that I spoke to should not be working in the customer service business at all if they cannot learn how to speak politely to their customers, and this whole company needs to either get out of the flower business or shut down because it is ran horribly.

George's has an impressive variety of plants, and their prices are competitive for the most part. There's limited parking but somehow we've never not found a spot here. As far as i know they have a hard no 'refund/return' policy, which is important to keep in mind. Long live George's.
