He was just an all around genuinely nice guy. Made us all feel super comfortable with the snowmobiles. They offer full "snowsuits" and helmets to keep you warm and safe for your snowmobile expedition! I would suggest you use sock and glove warmers too as they came in super duper handy! The equipment is virtually brand new and way fast! We did 2 days of snowmobiling with Polaris and saw some Amazing sites! They are also a gas station and have the normal stuff one would expect but they also have some gators for your neck and full head balaclavas that some of us bought. This is the one time I can tell ya, the covid face masks come in handy as they keep your face warm. And in regards to covid, everyone within the store wore their masks and encouraged us all to socially distance from others. I highly recommend this locally owned mom & pop shop for your West Yellowstone adventure!!!

I had not heard any complaints from our groups regarding use of any of the facilities. The dish/wash area was well kept and included a microwave. We were newbies to the RV scene but everyone one else in our group has had their fair share of that RV camping life. They remained patient when they realized we hadn't checked in while we had been physically present for at least an hour on the reserved site and our camper was on its way. Apparently we were happy campers and so were the rest of our group. Our organizer selected this spot due to the ease of fishing access for the kids, there was this little extended patch of land the kids were able to go to each day. They caught rainbow trout, the kids were proud and the ones who were too young but watching, well, it probably only ignited their interest even more. Our experience was good, everyone in our group of 30+ enjoyed ourselves and noted this is one of the better if not best sites they have had on their family camping trip.

A Friday afternoon in early September, after Labor Day, my VW Eurovan breaks down within Yellowstone National Park ... about 31 miles from West Yellowstone, MT. At great expense ($565.65), I had the park-approved towing company, YPSS, tow the van to West Yellowstone, MT. (AAA cannot enter the park.) It was dropped-off at a not-very-helpful repair shop. After several calls, I couldn't get anyone in West Yellowstone to even take a look at the Eurovan. Okay, so now what? I contacted Westgate through the AAA dispatcher. Craig Borash, the owner of Westgate in West Yellowstone, MT, could not have been more helpful. Craig clearly understood my problem, my predicament and did everything he could do to be of assistance. So, upon his suggestion, I decided to have it towed to Teton VW in Idaho Falls, ID, using my AAA Membership. This is a distance of 108 miles. We arrived in Idaho Falls, ID around 4:30 in the afternoon, a Friday afternoon. That gave Teton VW enough time to diagnose the problem by the end of the day and have the Van ready for me on the next morning, a Saturday. That connection ... that perfect timing ... would not have worked-out at all were it not for Craig and his driver, Kenyon. Craig helped me think-through the options, then "jumped on it" immediately once the decision had been made. This is exceptional service from a local business, exceptional. I thank Craig and I recommend Craig Borash and his business. It doesn't get much better.

We had just made a 750 mile trip in our 2007 motorhome through farmlands and it was a disaster. No longer. Marcus is super kind and detail oriented and squeezed us in. He spent 3-hours hand washing our coach and used only the finest soaps and deionized water to prevent spotting. We can't believe the result! Thanks so much Marcus for getting us in. The place is packed with tourists, if you get off the beaten trail then it's packed with bears and stuff. Climbing Mt Washburn was a great family event.
