Unfortunately they did not have one in stock but he did a nationwide search and provided a list of places that had one. I had already called multiple places in Oregon and Washington and not ONE other person offered any help to locate one beyond just saying "nope don't have one!" And "Nope don't know who might". Terrible experience with both the Can-Am Defender Limited HD11 and this dealership. I bought a brand-new 2026 Can-Am Defender Limited HD11 and have less than 200 miles on it, and it's already full of problems. The front window leaks right onto the dash, dripping water over the electronics in the dashboard. The driver's side door seal is so loose you can literally see daylight through it, and there's a popping noise in low range when coming down hills -- absolutely not normal. This UTV is brand new, yet it feels like something that should have never passed inspection. When I contacted the dealer, they basically brushed me off and acted like it wasn't their problem and that the warranty process would take considerable time to get through. I was told I'd have to wait six weeks just to get it in to their service shop to diagnose the issues plus they could not tell me how long it might take to make actual repairs, and they offered zero help or concern about the fact that I'm paying for an expensive machine I can't even drive. It's unacceptable that a company selling premium vehicles provides no real customer support and expects buyers to just deal with major defects on their own. I would never buy from this dealership again, and I strongly recommend anyone considering a Can-Am Defender look elsewhere unless you want to pay top dollar for a vehicle that sits broken while the dealer shrugs their shoulders. read more

Found the side x side I had been searching for on their website listed at with a big SALE sticker at $15099.00 did an internet inquiry that listed the exact machine I was looking at at $15099.00. As soon as I called the salesman and was 100% interested they changed the price to $24599.00 The sales manager Dave as willing to "work with me" he offered a couple hundred off and maybe a new helmet. That's a long way away form the $9500.00 price increase. I brought my bike in to get repairs. They broke the original seat and throttle. They superglued the original seat and handed it off to me like there weren't any problems. I brought it back in, they broke the throttle, replaced it, broke the replacement, never told me about it. They ruined the gasket. My bike was leaking gas onto the engine. They had the good grace to leave the installation of the new seat to me. I could've died in two different ways for trusting them to fix an issue that never even got resolved. While having my 4 wheeler serviced, The shop lied regarding having greased the zerks and wanted to argue that they had. This lack of attention and willingness to lie makes me suspicious of the work they did do. Their prices have doubled as well. I will not be back. Be careful and double check stuff. read more

I give one star cause I don't have how to make negative last spring I take my Yamaha R6 to replace the rear tire. When I was in the front desk with the person in charge of the order especially order disarm tire I had which was Diablo pirelli they tell call me when will be ready. I living in Driggs Idaho so I have to drive the motorcycle or take in my trailer. Well when some one calls me back and let me know that is ready I showed up to pick up my R6 with my trailer and they asked me to help me to get the R6 on the trailer, I tell them just need one person to hold the motorcycle in the trailer to give me time for tied down with the straps.well they send one guy who drive the motorcycle to the trailer and one more walking and both of them pushed it in the trailer they didn't pay attention how they got it and they dented both sides of the bottom sides of the skirt of the silver R6 the same day I could not talk with the manager of service (Jordan) well I make phone calls with no answer after a week I meet Jordan and he said he will fix that and I was showing everything I just wrote on the top. Is winter time and Jordan never helps me out he talk to me twice with promises to fix my motorcycle never happen. Very few ATV dealers will service the Polaris Slingshot these days. Rexburg Motor Sports said they would do the oil & filter change on my 2019 Slingshot. I took it in as they were opening for the day then took the wife to breakfast. We were surprised that they were almost finished by the time we got back. They not only completed it in the time estimated but everyone involved were super nice and polite to us. Prices were reasonable and as stated. Will return again and highly recommend the service department at Rexburg Motor Sports. I do not remember their names right now but at lease 4 employees were involved and we were pleased by all. read more

In the market for a snowmobile, couldn't find the deal I wanted in my hometown (SLC, UT) so I drove to Rexburg and got what I was looking for. People were very nice, the salesman would text me back when he said he would, never left me hanging. (Something Karl Malone Motorsports couldn't do) That was the good. Now for the bad. The salesman failed to show me how the machine works. Being a snowmobile rider all my life this was not a big deal, but it would have been nice just in case there was something in particular I should know about the machine I bought. Then I was mailed a gift certificate for $10. I drive over 500 miles round trip, spend $17,000 and they give me $10. The gesture was nice but, I took that as an insult. They should have sent at least $100. read more

Burned again. One and a half hour drive each way after being assured on the phone they had the parts we need in stock, on hand. They didn't have the items when we arrived, nor did they ever. They have a lot of dead stock, lot weary stock and they need foot traffic thru their business. So if you call asking if they have an item either in parts or on the floor they will tell you yes no matter if they do or not to get bodies in the showroom. We're all done with Rexburg Motorsports We'll buy the X3 Max elsewhere. Man are we frustrated with these people. read more

Throttle cable broke on my quad. Took it to RMS to have it replaced. I figured while it was there, I'd have them to a tune-up/oil change. Big mistake. Took it home. Took it home and it wouldn't start. After inspecting it, I discovered that they didn't hook the carburetor back up--bolts missing, everything. Took it back and the customer service manager smirked at me. After they "fixed" it, I was smart enough to see if they actually did. Luckily, I did this before leaving, cause it still wouldn't start. What a joke. The customer service manager then proceeded to tell me it would take a couple days to fix because I didn't set an appointment. Note: besides the throttle cable, it was running just fine. Had no issues starting or staying on. Here's a picture of how they returned the bike to me without the carburetor put on. Please avoid this place. They aren't trustworthy or even respectful with their customers. They are an utter joke. Last time I'll give them any money. read more

I have shopped around at all of the power sports stores in South Eastern Idaho. I was really just looking for a quick and less expensive deal on a 4 wheeler. All of the shops in the area sell the same stock. I was just looking for who was willing to deal with me. I was pleasantly surprised to find that Rexburg Motor Sports was willing to work with me the most. Some other shops basically told me they were not interested in working a good deal on a new 2015 machine. I felt like my interests were taken into account and that RMS has earned my business. When I entered the building for the 1st time, I was pleasantly surprised with how neat the showroom looked and all of the stock they had of all kinds. Motorcycles, snowmobiles, and ATVs. I felt like I had quite a selection to choose from. When I made my decision, I was walked around the store and shown everything I would have needed for the care and usability of my new machine. I'm now riding my new ATV and my family is having a blast. I feel good about the price I paid and I'm looking forward to doing more business in the future. read more

The service shop couldn't diagnose the issue with my UTV after 3 days of testing it and sent me to another shop for diagnostics. That being said their service guys were nice and did what they could for us. They do have a nice stock of parts, retail, and toys though they are overpriced. read more

WAY nice facility. But my review is on the service department. Took my bike there to get fixed on a Thursday and was told that it would be done the next day. After not receiving a call about it I called on Saturday afternoon and was told that it looks like we can get it done by the end of the day. I came 10 minutes before closing and had to wait 30 more minutes for it to be done only to find out that they only did the tune up and did not address the other two issues that I asked to be looked at and fixed. Seems like they just know that they are one of the only places within 30 miles and they can take their time. read more

Over a period of time, I have purchased 5 snowmobiles from them. For one of them, they went beyond the call of duty in doing a minor repair. They are not used to selling to Canadians, so I helped them through the process that I required. I would recommend them to anybody. read more

I can't thank Michael and Rexburg Motorsport for saving our vacation. We are from Oregon and planned a trip to the Idaho Dunes for a little over a year. We bought a 2019 Can Am in Oregon from a dealer that has given us the worst service I've ever had. After spending the kind of money we did we expected better from them. Our Can Am blew a belt and the bearing is going out (for the 2nd time in 4 months). We called Rexburg Motorsports from camp and we were lucky enough to get Micheal on the phone. He told us to bring it down and they would take a look at it that same day for us. In just a few hours, they had it running again. They saved the day for sure. The guys are friendly, but frankly this place is WAY overpriced. I paid like 80 dollars just for an estimate of the damage on my bike. Give me a break. The second another descent motorsports place goes in, this place would go down the tube real fast. The only thing protecting it is it's geographic location. Pros: Prices are great. I was offered a very fair amount for my trade. Sales team was very nice, honest and easy to deal with. Cons: The new vehicle I purchased had a couple setup issues (wrong battery and breather line not hooked up). I was overcharged by finance department. Parts department ordered the wrong windshield and I had to ship it in return. Finance person was EXTREMELY pushy about selling me an extended warranty and GAP. They resolved all of the issues I had with the purchase. read more

They could schedule me in, and get it done QUICKLY (within a few hours), and I was on my way. I rode all over Yellowstone National Park and down thru Jackson, past the Tetons, all over the Wasatch mountains, thru Kanab, Flagstaff, Grand Canyon National Park, Sedona, Jerome, Prescott and beyond. This dealership is an absolute joke and I will NEVER buy here again. Stay away from this place. They sold me a brand new snowmobile and when I went to ride it, it wouldn't start. A little flustered I took it back to them and after 2 days they said they fixed it. I took it out again and it wouldn't start. Now i'm pissed off and went back in to the service department and the first thing they asked me was if I pulled the red button up before trying to start it. I told him I had been riding sleds for over 10 years I know how to start it. Finally after getting a hold of Boondocker they said to have the stater changed inside the ECU. I relayed the info to Rexburg motorsports and wouldn't you know it worked just fine after that. When I sold the sled, Rexburg motorsports originally said I had 4 years of warranty, when I went to transfer it to the new owner, they told me it only had 2 years after spending an additional $2000 on the extended warranty. Sold me a 2002 Honda Rancher and claimed it needed some brakes pads and two bearings. What it really needed was a new drive-line, steering knuckle, rear axel, left rear hub, new brake cyclinders, new brake drum seals and a whole lot of dirt cleaned out from under all the skid plates. To date I have over $500.00 in parts and about 12 hours labor put in and it's still not ready. When I called they made no attempt to resolve the issue.
