Their prices are very fair, and we were able to get the service done the same day. We had three guys come out and they worked so hard and had incredible attention to detail. Seriously, we've gone through three different lawn services in our yard has not looked as good ever. We had weeds pulled by hand, hedges trimmed and shaped, a tree cut back, and hazardous branch removed from a large tree and hauled away. These guys were also so neat. everything was collected in reusable bags as they worked, and when done it was packed up . They even used leaf blowers to get all the small pieces away after. Communicated well and was professional. And was clear with his pricing. He was not the least expensive but was competitive in his pricing. We scheduled service for the next day. So that was a plus! We've been in our house for 10 days and I didn't want the grass to grow taller and potentially get a notice from our HOA. They arrived perfectly on time. Cut the lawn and trimmed a flowering plant that was a little too close to the patio/ house. They worked quickly and efficiently. My yard looks great! I figured it was just an accident and now they demand money for an issue on their end with scheduling. I explicitly said every 3 weeks and got confirmation via text and I even set up a recurring payment to keep this as streamlined as possible for myself and I get a message from the accountant saying I owe 40$ for mowing and that they changed it to every 2 weeks without telling me. Could've just asked first and I would've paid if I was kept in the loop but making decisions without the customer and demanding payment for unwanted service is ridiculous. This is an issue within the company and I don't understand how this wasn't able to just be resolved between the billing department and the contracted workers. The mowing is not anything spectacular either. Any other place will do just as decent of a job without the shitty billing issues.
