I noticed a few weeks ago they did the front and took off. So I called Sullivan's to complain. They apologized and sent the team back out a few hours later. Last Wednesday they came (the next time after the issue a few weeks ago) and once again did only the front yard then left. I called the company again to complain. They remembered the last incident and I was told a manager would be informed and someone would call me back. Here we are a week later and still no communication. In my opinion this is akin to stealing. I paid for the whole yard to be done but only a half job was completed. I have no idea how many times this has happened and I didn't notice, but I suspect quite often. The worst part, though, is that management never bothered to call me back or remedy the situation. That's terrible customer service. So, today I called them to discontinue their services. The person who answered recognized me. She made NO mention of my complaint and didn't ask why I was letting them go. It's clear there was absolutely no intention to provide us the service we paid for nor even acknowledge the situation. So, they're fired.

The lawn looked, overall pretty nice, but the mulch strip was a mess with pieces of weeds everywhere and some weeds still in the ground. I noticed some areas on the lawn where the grass was still relatively high. When I pointed out the areas on the lawn Jose became defensive and told me the lawn had been too difficult. When I pointed out the mulch strip he didn't really address it. I paid them and I'll probably have someone fix it up later today. My rating here is reflective of the poor response from Jose when I pointed out the issues. Leaving the mulch strip like this was just ridiculous and really shoddy work. I think he should have taken more time to fix the high areas on the grass. If the yard was too difficult he should have increased the price or said no to the job

While they may have been great in the beginning, their service started lacking and falling. There were times that I would have to go over and mow her yard because Perfection had just been there and it didn't appear they had touched anything. They offer weed-eating, but that wasn't ever done past their first visit. The yard was never 'lined up' or edge. The straw that broke the camel's back was when their mower picked up a rock and it hit the driver's window of my mother's car. No one bothered to tell her about it. Instead she had to find out the following day when leaving for a medical appointment. She replaced the window. When she called Perfection to cancel service, the operative on the phone got hostile with her claiming that the mowers NEVER kick up rocks. That the mowers ALWAYS do a wonderful job. That Perfection REFUSES to accepts responsibility for the broken window, or their crap service. My mother's yard looks impeccable at this very moment... my brother-in-law went and did everything that Perfection was hired to do, and failed.

Their quote (with a large amount of rocks) was better than a quote with just grass and their sprinkler redo price was almost $1000 cheaper. They also completed the work while it was raining and had leftover grass that they laid in my neighbors yard (aside from the area we fixed bc the pool company destroyed their grass and sprinklers) at no extra charge. My grass never looked terribly patchy, so they must have high standards of what trash will lay and how they lay it. I highly recommend them.

Nick was always prompt as well as very honest when talking through all my options. I used CountryScapes for a new irrigation system, masonry, and landscaping. Roberto did an absolute phenomenal job in the masonry work which was I was most concerned with. My wife was concerned with everything matching the house colors and it did perfectly! They were even able to use the leftover house brick from when our house was built!! They put all new mulch and planted new plants in our front flowerbed which looks great. I also asked them to install new Zoysa sod in front yard due to the challenges that we've had with shade from our big bnb oak trees.
