Alex did a great job communicating with me and took the time to go over all my current and future needs for my overgrown property. He was transparent with the pricing, which was fair, and I was able to get my first appointment quickly considering all that I was requiring. I had opted additional weed treatment service but when Alex arrived the day of my appointment, he advised we not do the treatment considering the weeds would not keep growing at that point in the season. I so appreciate his honesty and that they don't take advantage of their customers. His team was incredibly thorough and fast! They even got to my 8am appointment about15 minutes early and began clearing debris before calling me in case I was still asleep. Very thoughtful! They also make it easy with a very user friendly online Patient Portal and several ways to communicate, especially as I am often out of town. In the process of getting rid of weeds in my yard, I was left with some very large brown patches that my HOA was not happy about. Alex provided an affordable option of seeding with bermuda and putting a layer of topsoil down. I am excited to see how it grows and fills in the yard! These guys do a great job and are reasonably priced. They have come a couple of times to do work for us. They've cleaned the leaves out of my gutters, removed rocks that were becoming a tarantula haven in my side yard, and cleaned up my leaves. They are responsive and come when they say they will (weather permitting, obviously) and I have requested every other week since I have finally found a professional lawn service. read more
