I first started going to this place a little over 3 years ago when I found out I was a teen mom with little money. This place was a great place to start and get brand things for much less. As an example, I got a 3 in 1 crib, 2 in 1 stroller with infant car seat, bath tub for baby, clothes and essentials and a few toys all for less than $375 over the course of a few months. This Place is filled with steal deals if you look in the right places and if the owner doesn't have something, communicate, she often gets more things and some stuff goes pretty quick. The 5 bags were taped together with masking tape, except for 1. The 1 bag not connected, but sitting next to the ones taped together, was the ONLY set with a price. Clearly, it seemed the set with the price tag got disconnected from the other 4. The owner was adamant these sets didnt come together and randomly priced the set at $45. I accepted, went home and set it up. Of course; there are a lot of pieces that don't connect to anything! (Such as downward ramp pieces that must connect to something). I called the owner and explained that I believe the 5th set was in fact apart of what I had purchased. She told me no, it wasn't apart of the set and I could bring in the pieces that don't fit anything, for a credit toward the 5th set!! Which makes no sense; i want to complete my set not give pieces away??! Seems like another worker priced the set incorrectly at $23 and the owner wasnt going to let it go for that price. Very shady! Now my set is incomplete and she wants me to pay more money to get the pieces that belong to my set. Horrible customer service.

There is a large replica of the Toledo harbor lighthouse with little models that you can purchase. There is a sound board to the right that has 2 switches, one is for the light and the other is the fog horn. I flipped the light switch which lit up the light at the top of the lighthouse but the. I was pretty flexible in my requests, wanted primarily for the floral colors to tie into my wedding day as a thematic accent. The staff was responsive throughout the planning process and requested fabric swatches in order to best match the wedding colors. On my big day, I was pleased with the overall effect of the arrangements. The colors were perfect; exactly what I was looking for. They photographed beautifully! I teetered between giving 3 and 4 stars here... I feel like cost/value was reasonable for the product. Unfortunately, I had to remove one star for quality/craftsmanship, as our bouquets were falling apart pretty badly after minimal handling. Several flowers were falling out of the bride bouquet following the ceremony. The stems also came loose from the plastic bases in making simple posing for photographs quite difficult in the end.
