The contract spelled out the responsibilities of contractor but somehow because they knew the Chief of Police they thought I could ignore the Permit Violation. We're talking many thousands of dollars paid for the work with the possibility of having to tear it down and rebuild. Want your snow shoveled or yard cleaned up? They are probably fine. Have a serious project and won't cut corners? Get more estimates.

The store was spacious and very well decorated and organized. I fell in love with some of their jewelry pieces... especially the ones from Aileen Lampman. Although, we were just window shopping, the girl was very nice and asked if we needed any help. I would love to return to spend some more time checking out their stuff. This space was formerly occupied by "One haute dog" which I previously reviewed. That store is now located on the first floor below the food court. I was told they moved a week ago since their space was needed for a "car dealership?" That's a new one on me. Nevertheless. the layout is the same. Gone is their swank restroom. Go into Nordstrom if you need one. They still sell jewelry, belts, handbags, wallets, cell phone organizers, and of course their version of Pandora like bracelets and charms for a fraction of the cost. They also sell if you are willing to put out the money a beautiful Menorah for Hanukkah. On this particular visit I was impressed by a beautiful straw handbag which I thought I could get some use during the summer. The one they had in stock had some flaws in it so the saleslady agreed to order me one. The handbag is guaranteed for a year. They used to have a lifetime guarantee but I was now told otherwise. I asked about a discount on the straw bag due to the flaw. I was told no. She will order me one and I could decide whether or not I wish to keep it. They do free shipping to your home. Brighton also does not price match either. You end up paying full price for anything you buy here. It is a shame because other competitors have Mother's day sales going on right now. You can also find Brighton Collectibles stores at major airports and some shop in shops I have been to carry part of the line. My one concern about this bag is how it will handle rain but that remains to be seen. They told me that it should. If not then I have a year to return it.

My only complaint would be that I wish the cheese had been a bit more melted. It wasn't really melted at all, for what I would expect from a grilled cheese sandwich. The tater tots and ranch were very good. There seemed to be some herbs in the tots, which I liked. The only thing I really didn't care for was the caprese salad. It just had an off taste to it and I ended up only eating one bite. All in all, I will definitely go back! It's a great place!

As I walked around this store, no employee greeted me. I thought that the selection of merchandise was a high quality and had some high prices. I chose one food item, a pantry item, to purchase. I stood in line for a cashier for a little while, and then a second employee opened a second cash register. She correctly rang up my purchase, and she asked me to donate money to St. Jude's Foundation, which I did. I have not yet use the pantry item in my kitchen. If I do not like it, then I will update this review.

I arrived at 2:00 pm and the store didn't have the merchandise pulled. Furthermore, the store didn't have the order. Since they had the merchandise, I asked if we could just pull it and mark the order received. Since they didn't have the order, I was referred to the 877 number. So, I bought the items and called customer service who cancelled the order. The sales associates seemed overwhelmed with the 2:00 pm crowd. I received help and suggestions in a timely fashion. The staff appear to be knowledgeable. Snarky customers heckling the sales associates didn't help. Christmas/Hannukah/etc comes at the same time every year. Your lack of planning shouldn't be taken out on the associates. Be nice.
