And then the cherry on top was when we took our toddlers to turn in their tickets for prizes. It's already an absolutely ridiculous scam: you pay like $50 to play games that earn your kids like $5 of stupid cheap plastic prizes. But that's an established practice: we all know the drill. Where it really went south quickly is when the girl behind the counter gave my kid a cheap little parachute toy, I opened it for him at the counter, and it was clearly broken. Then I casually said "can you replace this since it's broken?" And the girl told me she needed to get approval. I thought she was joking. We're talking about replacing a 5 cent crappy toy that we heard just earned with like $10 worth of credits. But no, she said she wasn't allowed to do anything about it until she got approval. So we sat there and waited for like 5 minutes for her supervisor to have a free minute to tell her she was allowed to replace a cheap little plastic toy that was broken when it was handed to us. Just to be clear, I don't blame the kids operating this place. This is clearly a management issue. All the kids working there are scared to do anything wrong. But sadly, penny-pinching isn't going to make this place successful.

The staff was helpful through the registration process even though we were not sure how many guests to expect. Upon arrival we were met with an extremely polite and helpful staff. The party room was clean and spacious. The property is well maintained and well managed. The supervisor on staff (Matthew) went above and beyond to make our visit great. Well done. We'll be back!

Expect to wait 30+ minutes for your poorly reheated food, and not be able to hear the order number when it's called due to the volume of the sound system. When there are delays, the employees don't inform you of the wait time, apologize for the wait, or offer any solutions. Poor seating, everything is sticky, dirty, and stained. Just thoroughly unimpressed, especially for the price.

There is not a boring inch in the whole facility as they even decorate their employee access doors with intricate art work. Tasteful planters everywhere. The employees and volunteers are helpful and friendly. Such interesting information on species and habitats. A shout out for their café. Reasonable prices for delicious food. It was $13 for a pub smash burger and drink and fries. Only a couple of bucks more than a #1 at In-N-Out. It was really tasty! Bun was homemade delicious. The fries were exceptional. Crispy outside and creamy inside. Garlic fries. My wife had the Romain lettuce something bowl with pulled pork. She said it was excellent. Very generous portion as she got full half way through. My son then scarfed it down. I also couldn't resist and had to buy a chocolate cupcake. Very moist and the frosting was real frosting, not the yucky, airy stuff that grocery stores put on their sheet cakes. Pretzels are amazing. We did the ECCO virtual reality "ride." Of course, not anywhere near a Disneyland level of a ride, but it was informative and interesting and fun. You can do the ocean or Amazon river experience. We did both. This is free and included in your admission. I really like how they put benches to sit throughout the facility. When you visit such places, you get "mall legs" and sitting down is a respite. Highlights: Penguins! (So cute and funny!), shark tunnel, touch ponds, otters, jelly fish, giant fish, aviary. There is a very nice little kids' playground. Some elements not quite as good as it gets, but it still is worthy of my regular business. 3* = Good experience. I loved this Aquarium, like all Aquariums there are different sections. This one was in…read morecontinents, there was the Asian section, South American section etc.. it was very cute. They had a lot of animals that isn't usually common to see at an Aquarium. I saw huge roaches (YEEUUCKKKK), they had a snow leopard, a Komodo dragon, sea otters and some more. Where the sea otters are it looked like the beautiful formation rocks in Utah. We had such a good time.
