THE BEST STUDIO I have ever been too! I love that renegade has amazing equipment, trainers and workouts with structure! The trainers actually watch your form so you don't injure yourself and encourage you to push yourself. If you're looking for a kickass gym with a rad vibe and music, Renegade is for you!! Even if you're a beginner, Renegade is for you! The trainers will walk you through the stations and workout and the community is always so supportive! Do yourself a favor, and book. Renegade class!

coaches are great, classes are super conveniently timed. they just got new tread mills (runners) to help correct form and have a more intense conditioning. I only take classes with a few people, but those few people are very helpful and knowledgable on your form and with pushing you to be better. If you are brand new, I would recommend taking a class with Jamie early in the mornings. He is very inspirational while still being tough and makes you want to push yourself to the next level. He is very clear and helpful and great at teaching. Ashley is also very tough and fast in her coaching, and also gets in your head to push yourself to train harder. Clear in explaining the workout and is there if you get lost or confused. If you are taking your first class or you are still pretty new, I wouldn't recommend taking a class with Matty :) The only reason is he talks fast and is a little unclear, so mixed with the fact you're new and confused on the process you can get lost in the workout. I had a hard first few times when I was in his classes, but once I understood what was going on it was much easier. He is very intense with his coaching and his music, he is great at getting you pumped up and leveling up with your workout. He makes the workout better by getting in your head and pushing you harder when your head is telling your body to quit. Overall, these classes are super intense and you will come out of them sweating from head to toe. It's an amazing workout to do in 45 minutes. It is always clean because the coaches all stress for us to use wipes and leave things in perfect condition for the next person to use. The coaches are all super motivating and extremely helpful and that's why this place is the absolute best.

So happy to see someone also agrees with the customer service here. I've been a member for about 6 months now and joining in I was promised $119 for one location only. I loved the trainers so much and the workouts I got 6 of my friends to join as well. 2 months in I got multiple text messages about a $99 membership I asked my friends what they were paying for and wow I was shocked! Everyone was paying different things, nothing was consistent. I tried calling customer service no answer, automated stated to email or text the number. I did both and still no response, I continued to call for 6 -7 days and still have heard nothing. I got one of my friends to respond to the text message they got about the $99 membership and hahahahahha of course they respond so fast because this is a potential member and me? Someone complaining about my monthly fees (text and email confirmed) I sent another email forwarding my email from days ago stating at this rate I would just like to cancel the membership because I have not heard from anyone. I finally got a response and call back and this guy rude as hell said someone from our billing department will contact you. Continued to call the same day I was getting sick and tired of this... Same rude guy answered I expressed my anger towards him even told him how I attached all the charges I was charged from mind body and soul who I also contacted about the monthly charges that were inconsistent one month $119, $120.80, $110, $99 it was crazy. This guy starts to come up with this lie about how they're low staffed and how he's going to be honest he's the manager and he can handle this now and in my head I was like so the first time I called you didn't want to handle the situation you just acted like you had a billing department in hopes I wouldn't keep calling and just forget about the situation. He asked me questions about how many times I was going to the classes and tried to manipulate me by saying i was winning in the end with how much I was paying. I told him that is $240 a year extra that I am paying for while others are paying $99 so no I'm not winning!!! I'm paying for all these other peoples memberships at this point. He disgusted me, he even said so you want to pay $99 instead of $119 and I said yes why would I want to pay $119 when everyone else is paying $99. By him even questioning my situation he was trying to make me feel dumb like no you're out here trying to scam me and rip me off. I was not having it. I told him forget it cancel my whole membership I want nothing to do with this company. So he ended up budging stating he would honor the $99. Of course I stayed I didn't like how this was handled but I'm not going to deny the fact that I loved the trainers and the structure. It's been 4 months since that situation and now I'm in the situation again... I got an email stating they will charge me $129 like where is this $129 coming from??? It use to be $119, then $99 and other numbers and now $129?? Even their website doesn't state anything about $129, but instead shown on the photos I've attached a different price!! I called renegade and of course no answer instead automated saying text or email. I did both and still no response I'm trying to keep calm because the automated did state in 24hrs we will get to you. It's been 13hrs I will give them that 24hrs and I'll call again in so furious and 1000% im not the only one dealing with this and I hope others see this red flag! This seems all so wrong like this company must be charging people other prices monthly.

The gym was complete with all of the standard equipment, well designed and a sufficient amount of space. Coach Sam did a fantastic job leading the class. He started with a warmup that intentionally included stretching and movements that we would be using in the workout. In addition, we went through all of the scaling options for some of the movements which really helped me know where I was before starting the WOD. Sam was very attentive encouraging me, making sure I had all of the equipment I needed and that I understood the workout. Incidentally he does this for everyone and not just because I looked lost. The workout was challenging yet doable (looking at scaling options really helps) so I was able to get through without killing myself. The members of the class were very friendly, (it was a pretty full class for 6:00 AM) encouraging me throughout the WOD and congratulating me when it was over. This is an awesome box, I highly recommend trying it out, if I lived in the area, this would be my box of choice!!!

You guys are great and make this place great!

I've been to many HIIT type gyms but not all satisfies me. Looking for a gym is like real estate…read moreshopping. Both have in common are price, location, amenities. For a gym, I also look for scehdule, cleaniless, routine and the people. Happy to say, I've been at F45 for 8 weeks now and became a member as they hit all of my must haves. It stands for Functional 45 where each class is only 45 minutes. It's almost robotic in a sense that everything is timed. From the demonstration to two minute warm up to the 45 minute work out. The timer is on each tv and each exercise in that station is displayed on specific tv's. There's also a heart monitor for purchase that tracks your activity. Must haves: 1) Schedule & Location: Rarely will you find a gym with 5am being the first class. Most gyms begin at 6am. 5am is perfect and the location is an added convenience for me to head straight to work. Safety is important because most circuit style gyms are in a random alley in a warehouse and their warm ups require a lap around the block. I would get paranoid being a female in the dark and I'm usually last. At F45, your warm ups are indoors. The gym has glass windows from floor to ceiling. It's brightly lit and shares a lot with the complex to only park in spaces marked "Retail Only". There isn't a lot so you'll need to park on the street or across the street in the Vons plaza. 2) Amenities & Cleanliness: There are two showers and it's first come, first serve by putting your name on the white board. No need to bring your own towels as they provide towels and at the end of each class, you'll get the nice cold aromatherapy scent towel as you cool down. I notice everything when it comes to cleanliness. For example, it's gross to see hair strand floating on the floor when you're breathing heavily in a plank or push-up position. Some gyms will require you to wipe down your equipment after each class which can be time consuming and waste in materials. I haven't seen it but I'm sure F45 has their own cleaning schedule because I have yet to witness anything floating on the floors or sticky equipment or yucky showers. So far the facility is clean. 3) Routine: I get bored easily which is why I tend to gym hop. Most gym dedicate a day to a certain body part which means, you'll get an imbalance of gender when women tends to come on leg days and men on upper days. Not at F45. All the workouts has been full body incorporated and you never know what you're in for. There are unique names for the daily workout like Mkatz, Abacus, Red Diamond, that has a description if it's cardio or weights. However, you won't know about the set up and transition which is one of the reasons why I keep coming back. I also love that all the equipment at each station are fully set up prior to each class so that it doesn't take up your time to set up. 4) The people: This includes the owner, coaches, and members. Everyone is legit super nice. You can tell when a gym gives off that selling and arrogant vibe but not here. They make you feel comfortable and super chilled. The coaches are always hands on to correct your form, or quick to lend a hand when they see you struggling, or assist in putting on the feet straps for the pull up bars. They even push you to your max potential but only because they know you're capable. I wouldn't sign up if I didn't like the people. 5) Price: You get what you pay for. I would say their price is comparable to all the other gyms out there. Each gym is independently own so there's always specials and Groupon deals. I would highly recommend a trial class to see for yourself!

From my very first sessions, the coaches learned my name, my strengths, and my goals and that personal attention has never faded. The atmosphere is incredibly welcoming. I've never once felt intimidated or like an outsider, which is rare in a group fitness setting. There are tons of regulars here (a testament to how good it is), but they embrace newcomers with open arms. Even partner workouts are stress-free because the coaches thoughtfully pair you up based on size and capability so no awkward moments or feeling left out. The programming is strength-focused, not just endless reps or HIIT burnout. Every workout challenges you to grow with proper form and progressive weight. Coaches don't just stand back or sit on their phones, they are constantly walking around, giving constructive feedback to keep you safe and improving without ever making you feel judged. The gym itself is solid: clean, open concept, brand-new equipment. The music keeps things fun too - each trainer has their own personality and favorite playlists - one morning might be punk/rock, the next hip-hop, and another high-energy house mix to fuel a Friday which makes classes fresh and motivating. I was skeptical about the 3-week programming format at first because I hate routine and predictability, but I actually love it and it wasn't even a learn to love it experience. Having back to back weeks of the same program is like having a personal trainer because you can track your weights and really see progress more easily. (And if you're not feeling a particular workout, it's easy to swap/avoid that day hehehe). Booking is simple, even same-day, and rarely you'll see a waitlists or stress, plus the cancellation policy is super reasonable. What really sets Locomotion apart is how much the trainers care. James, the owner, checks in regularly with personal texts to make sure I'm getting the most out of my membership. When I had back pain after a vacation, he offered a free 1:1 consult to help me safely get back into training. He even worked with me when I had an unexpected billing issue with my old gym - something he absolutely didn't have to do, but did because he genuinely cares about his members. If you've been looking for a gym that combines the energy / discipline of group fitness with the attention of personal training and a community that will make you feel right at home - Locomotion is it. I can't recommend it enough.

EVER. which feels poetic since i have a book coming out that's probably going to ruffle some feathers. (nothing wrong with a little self-promotion, right? "i wish i was worse" coming nov 9!) there's something deeply satisfying about knowing that when the inevitable fights come from what i've written about people, i'll be ready. the strength i've built here isn't just physical. it's the kind that holds you steady when the world decides to have opinions about your truth. this place doesn't just build bodies. it builds the kind of person who can handle whatever comes next.

This gym offers a wide variety of bootcamp like classes with fantastic energy and some truly talented coaches. While there are a few who are overly egotistical and could use a come back to earth reality check and a touch more humility, the majority of the coaching staff is excellent. Two standouts are Gabrielle Y. and Christian Q., who make working out an absolute pleasure. Gabrielle's welcoming demeanor and contagious positivity create a great atmosphere, and Christian's coaching style is equally motivating and supportive. The classes themselves are high-energy, challenging, and adaptable to different fitness levels. What I love most is that each coach brings their unique style and energy to the table. Once you find the coach who resonate with you, it's easy to stick with them and stay consistent. The variety keeps things interesting, and you'll never get bored while working toward your fitness goals. One of the challenges, however, is parking. Since Lazy Acres put up signs claiming what feels like half the lot, finding a spot can be a headache. I've learned not to arrive too early because spots typically free up only once the previous class ends. While it can be frustrating to circle the lot, a little patience and timing go a long way. It's something to keep in mind when planning your visits. The gym itself could benefit from more regular cleaning and maintenance. A deep cleaning is definitely overdue, as dust, hair, and even cobwebs can be seen in corners. Some benches are rusty and could use replacing. While these issues don't take away from the quality of the workouts, they do detract from the overall experience. Many other gyms in the area have weekly professional cleaning services, which could be a great addition here to help maintain a fresher, more polished environment. Despite these minor drawbacks, Renegade remains a fantastic place to work out. The membership is reasonably priced, although ClassPass is still more affordable and offers lower price penalties for late cancellations. Overall, the quality of the classes and the dedication of standout coaches like Gabrielle and Christian make this gym worth checking out. If you're looking for a challenging yet welcoming environment to achieve your fitness goals, Renegade is a solid choice--just plan ahead for parking and connect with the coaches whose energy aligns with yours!

Most of my classes are with Nicole whose energy and dedication to her members keep me coming back every morning. If you're seeking a high-energy, supportive community to guide you on your wellness journey, C4Fit is the place to be!
