Talking to this man has been one of the most disrespectful experience I have had in customer…read moreservice. The owner Mr. Miles himself came to my house and checked on my car. I had to go to work and he kept the key. I later had a phone call letting me know that the problem was the battery. I missed a call from him and when I called back he wanted immediate payment on the phone or a text message of my credit card number. I did not feel comfortable giving him either because I feared for my personal information and was in a public place. He did not let me explain and suddenly hung up the phone. Very professional wouldn't you agree. I politely called him back and told him that there wouldn't be a need for him to fix it. I paid for him coming to my house and looking at my car in the morning , thanked him and also texted him. That is when the abuse began. He called me "cheap a$$" probably because I questioned why a battery was costing me $182 to replace. I don't know much about card and just wanted to know. He called my vehicle "filthy little car" he told me that it is always "black women who want to play game" ( referring to my race of course), and never to call him again. I guess wanting to protect my information and asking questions are issues when one is an an Afro/descendant. I happily told him that I would not. I requested my keys and he actually gave me hard time about them. This was done via text messages. Given the nature and timeline of the text messages, all of which were unwarranted, I actually called the police department because I fear for my safety. I have kept the text messages. This my long winded way of saying if you are masochist and like to be abused and poorly treated in a transaction you are paying for this is a man for you. He advised me never to call him ago and I happily told him that I never would, but it is my responsibility after the unwarranted verbal and emotional abuse I suffered in trying to do business with this man to let others know. PS: I have saved the entire text message exchange to show that is not libel, but actual abuse that was perpetrated against my person.

Told me it would be $75 to take parts off vehicle in salvage yard, $100 for the parts, and another $100 to install it on my vehicle. After waiting nearly a week for him to just get the parts of the old vehicle I told him i didnt want him working on my car anymore because I couldn't afford to wait until he got around to it. Every time I asked him if he was doing work he would say it was "too cold" but would still try to sell me things I knew I didn't need. When I told him i needed to just receive the parts he had already gotten and get a refund for the $100 labor he did not do, he acted like a child and left my parts in a bag in my apartment parking lot without my permission telling me I "better go get them". He said I would not get my money back because he wasted his time running around doing work for me (that he didn't even do) . Bad guy running a bad business with no customer service skills or comprehension on how to run a business.

I was given an arrival guesstimate and was pleasantly surprised when Chris called saying that he was in my neighborhood about 10 minutes earlier than expected. I was also pleasantly surprised that he was actually in the correct neighborhood. We have had multiple limo and delivery drivers that end up calling confused because they can't find our house. Then at 9:30 p.m. (some six hours after we had first called) we received a call from this towing company saying they were on their way! Luckily, we had gotten the started and had made our way home.
