These guys don't mess around. I am very pleased with service. Car died on the highway in Rolling Meadows, Adrian arrived 20min later, and car was back home in the city right away. On top of that, Adrian was able to get my car from the flatbed truck to a free parallel parked spot in front of my house around a bend on a small city street. Pow! I needed my car towed and when I called the guy was very rude on the phone and when the truck came finally the guy had no clue what he was doing and was struggling to put my car on the truck and was just very disrespectful and rude. This was the most frustrating experience of my life. Took them 2 hours to actually reach our car bring it was 11:30pm and there was absolutely no other cars that needed to be towed. They make you pay up front to just take their time and it's extremely frustrating. He finally got to us after 2+ phone calls to find out where he was and how far away. My serpentine/drive belt snapped while I was accelerating onto the Kennedy heading home at 9:30pm. I got a flat tier yesterday at 5 pm without having a spare one. I was kind in panic cuz must of the tire places was already close, except for one who told me that if I'll get there by 6:30 they will replace the tier at the same day. I could this company and they promised to be there in 30 minutes, which many of those companies usually say just to keep you with them, but they arrived in even less then 30 minutes and saved my day! they were also very cheap, only 91$ for a tow. This guy is AAA, My son broke down with a flat tire and no jack. Paying with my Insurance Company (American Family) for roadside assistance, the first guy did not know where Dundee and Quienten roads where, after waiting almost an hour the guy, he just blew my son off. I didnt want my kid sitting by them self so I came out by that time my roadside called back and could not find anyone to change the tire, they either were going to call the Police or tow the car after a very strong conversation with them they told me another service was coming out, Thank God it was Towne Towing!!!!!!! he came in much less than the 45 min to an hour I was told, the nicest guy who happened to be the owner came out.
