It interrupts my sleep during the night many times. Be careful of a sneeze or cough, leak. Sometimes there's a sudden sense of urgency to get to the bathroom asap. I had been planning a 500 mile trek in Spain, Camino Santiago. Villages/towns are 5 miles apart or more. My anxiety & only concern were the restrooms. Laser hair removal OF COURSE is awesome. Electrolysis has been around forever and is quite a tedious task that requires a bit of obsessive compulsion and patience. It's great for more precise and permanent hair removal in the brow area (where lasers are not precise enough for such a small area). It's also great for hair that isn't as responsive to laser treatments - light-colored and fine hair (white, grey, red, or blonde). If you're looking for great results, thorough education and treatment, in a clearly safe/sanitary environment - this is the spot for you.

The service was marketed as lifetime coverage, which was a major factor in my decision to purchase. Recently, the company terminated my agreement and informed me they were separating from me as a client under a zero-tolerance policy. I was not provided with specific details about what policy was allegedly violated, despite requesting clarification. Following termination, the company reclassified lifetime payment as "services rendered" and charged me my entire lifetime payment for services already rendered and gave some sort of back charge per session rate. This was based on a recalculation of prior sessions at what appears to be non-discounted rates. While I understand that businesses have policies and the right to discontinue service, the experience of advertising a lifetime package and then terminating the agreement while retaining the majority of the prepaid amount is deeply disappointing. I imagine this is a strategic tactic to justify budget cuts and gaslighting customers seems to be part of that process. I can't imagine what could have happened. I'd be curious to see the "evidence" of such.

As I told them several times, even wrote it on my paperwork, that I had a Groupon. Annoyed by being harassed by phone calls, emails, text messages, saying that I didn't pay. I have to say that was the worst experience I've had at a spa. When you're trying to get new clients you should really have better communication and have services prepared for them. I did enjoy the facial, but not worth $90. But then having to wait 45 minutes, maybe longer for the next service was highly irritating. And an offer of a mimosa, then being told they were out and had to settle for cheap wine and a poor excuse for a fruit and cheese plate, I was ready to leave then. I did NOT receive a 90 minute massage, it was less than an hour, and was not a very good one. I was not able to receive a paraffin treatment because your staff was not prepared, and I was embarrassed to witness staff being scolded about it in front of clients. I never received my gift bag either with the slimming wrap and sample products. Which reminds me, I had to show them what was included in the package because the staff had no idea what I was talking about when I came in. Already running way behind schedule I had to take more time to hurry home and shower off the obscene amount of oil all over me and in my hair, I felt disgusting. I've been an esthetician for 6+ years and have never had an experience like that. You claim to be some high end spa, but you certainly don't get what you pay for, with services priced way over the top. I feel ripped off and cheated by not receiving what I paid for. read more

I can't say enough good things about Renew Med Spa. I've been going monthly for almost a year. I've been having monthly massages since December 2016. Linda is fantastic and I look forward to my monthly appointment to see her. Whether I show up with sore muscles from working out, tweaking my back, or just really needing to unwind, I always leave feeling fantastic! The monthly plan makes getting a massage a very affordable luxury. I was nervous about trying a facial since I haven't had much luck with those in the past - however, Deepty talked to me and got a good background to understand my skin's situation and worked with me to find a routine and products that work with my skin to improve the quality and brightness of my skin. The fact that she took the time to understand my specific needs and challenges before she ever even started any of the procedure shows her professionalism and desire to make a positive impact on my skincare. She also did a great job threading my eyebrows and she and Kacey have both followed up each time to see how my skin is responding and use that feedback to improve service each visit. Finally, I also tried out the lash extensions. I've had to adjust a little to how I wash my face (key: not vigorously!), but they look fantastic and would be a worthwhile thing to do for any special occasion or to maintain due to how they make your eyes pop, while still appearing naturally beautiful. read more

I 100% recommend Rhonda for massage therapy. I had been dealing with muscle issues focused in my upper back/shoulder/neck area for several years. I've been going to Beautiful Solutions on and off for about 5 years, usually for Botox when they…read moreare running a deal. Their pricing looks great at $10/unit, but after my recent experiences, I honestly do not think it is worth it. The last time I got Botox there, I barely saw a difference. I went back two weeks later for a touch-up, and still barely noticed any improvement. At first, I thought maybe my face had gotten used to Botox since I've been getting it for over 10 years. I ended up trying Dysport somewhere else, and it worked right away. About a year later, I decided to give Beautiful Solutions another try and got Xeomin. The results were awful. I came back two weeks later, and the injector touched it up with Botox because we thought maybe my body just didn't respond to Xeomin. When I asked how many units I had received the first time, I found out it was way under the 50 units I paid for. That was really frustrating. I was paying for units I apparently did not receive, and the results showed it. I ended up going somewhere else for Botox before summer, and it worked just fine, so I clearly was not immune to Botox or Xeomin. I believe I was just severely under-injected. To make it worse, they ask for a tip at checkout. By the time I paid for the treatment, touch-ups, and then had to go somewhere else to fix it, this ended up costing me over $900 when it should have been closer to $500. I went there because I thought I was saving money, but I ended up spending more and getting poor results. I would avoid this place and just pay normal pricing somewhere reputable. You'll likely get what you actually pay for.
