Also, the paint on the doors started chipping off the day after they had completed the job. My Mom came into town and found a strip of wall that they had totally missed, so she ended up painting it herself. Not what I would expect for the amount I paid.

What I had to go through with getting a resolution to the silicone caulking around the renovated…read moreshower tub done 02/2024 because what I didn't know is that the caulking was only guaranteed for 1 year. The caulking last 1 year 5 months and they were going to charge me $375.00. I reported them to BBB in which the results that they didn't want to resolve the issue. So I posted pictues of the shower and caulking that failed and finally someone from customer service stated they give me a complimentary repair the caulking of the shower which happened August 8th 2025. And I also found out that the shower is only guaranteed for 5 years not the life of the shower. Not going to post pictures of how the caulking failed but that is still posted on their FB site.

We got our house painted in October of 2020 and at the time it was an OK experience. Other than…read morethe owners wife kept calling to schedule early, told her several times I didn't want it done until the date I scheduled. And when they were out, I said to them that I couldn't have them by this one small section of the house for about an hour due to a meeting online, of course they were there. But the main reason for this not good review is they had a guarantee but only if you pressured washed the house each year in regards to the paint. Within 6 months-1 year we had multiple chips come off. So we are not sure is it due to a bad paint job or was it the Florida Paint? Either way, we aren't happy since they said Florida Paint according to Horace Tingle was the best paint out there. We had cheap paint before this and it didn't chip for YEARS.
