I live in California and I needed to find a good, reliable PM to manage my pending rental property in LV. My goal was to close 4 properties by end of 2026, and ultimately have 10 rentals and needed to find a good PM and wanted to build a good relationship for the long term. Their reviews were solid and I spoke with Tyler at the beginning of researching for PM to manage my pending rental property in Las Vegas. After having a phone conversation, I wanted to meet with Tyler in person to discuss and decide if Graham team was the right PM for me. At this point I liked the reviews and the phone intro from Tyler. i sent a text to Tyler to arrange in person meeting , and confirmed that i was visiting. Everything sounded good... Until i traveled to Las Vegas on the day of the meeting in the morning. I drove about 6 hours from Cali to meet Tyler and contacted him 2 hours before our meeting to ask if we can meet earlier since i arrived earlier than expected. The text i received was nothing but utterly unprofessional and upsetting to me. Tyler responded via text that he wasn't sure if i was coming or not for some reason. Im coming from Cali and driving back and forth for 12 hours, so I had to plan my day a week prior and wanted to make sure this meeting was accomplished. The text response was nothing but upsetting and shocking to me because Tyler assumed that i was not coming, rather than following up via phone call or even a text 1-2 days before meeting to confirm the meeting. I will never work with a business that ASSUMES everything. How can you trust and leave your rental property if the PM assumes and doesnt follow up and have a decent communication skills?? It literally ruined my day completely and wasted my time. I would never recommend this type of unprofessional company to anyone. I would be horrified how they deal with tenants issues...! I live at Las Vegas Grand Apts which was recently taken over by Greystar Property Management. At…read morefirst, I was somewhat impressed with the upkeep of the property and how quickly the management company would fix things that the previous management company left unfixed for a long time. However, after visiting the office on several occasions, apparently, the main apartment manager has changed a few times already since the property was taken over by Greystar. Having said that, I would highly recommend living somewhere that is managed by someone other than Greystar. Since they have taken over, things have progressively gotten worse than they even were with the previous management company. They do not fix problems in a timely manner, no matter how much you complain. They do not reply to emails sent to the office, if they even read them at all. And anytime you call the office, the manager is not available and the person answering the phone can't actually do anything, they simply tell you to put your request in writing, which may or may not ever get read or addressed. Now, they are spending money to make "cosmetic" changes to the apartments when there are real safety concerns that are not being addressed. As residents we are charged extra for things like property care and parking but instead of using the money we pay, specifically for those purposes, the management company chooses to apply "cosmetic" changes to the apartments like hallway paint. How about fixing the exterior gates or gates to the parking garage? How about having someone pick up all the trash in the parking garage or keeping residents from fixing their vehicles in the parking garage? How about fixing the auto closers on the hallway doors to ensure they close automatically instead of standing wide open all hours? How about fixing the door to the package room, which we all pay a fee for, so the delivery drivers can actually get in to deliver our packages? These are just a few of the things this new property company refuses to address and instead chooses to paint the walls in the hallways. Ridiculous is about the best word to describe it. It would be nice if a property management company actually cared about their residents more than the almighty dollar. Needless to say, do your research and avoid living in a community managed by Greystar.
