They scheduled me with one person then when I got there gave me a young girl by a completely different name and I told them when I called that I didn't want a stylist that was FRESH out of beauty school. I gave her a picture and told her EXACTLY what I wanted. She BUTCHERED my hair & I will NEVER go back. It wasn't worth it. The girl kept looking confused, she didn't know how to texturize & she had no idea what she was doing. Her name was Rez (however you spell it) and that's who I told them I didn't want. They knew she wasn't experienced enough for what I asked and the manager knew it but she went against my wishes COMPLETELY. I hated my hair and I actually showed her how to tezturize my hair. She didn't know how to use the texturizing shears. I did tip her bc I know she was scared and probably 2nd guessing herself but they shouldn't be giving clients to people who have no idea what they're doing. My looks are important to me and I haven't left the house in days. I feel like an idiot. Horrible experience and felt judged the whole time. Super snooty & boogie. I will not recommend them to ANYONE.

After a few second she asked if I had an appointment and asked what my name was. She said she was going to find someone to give me a tour since it was my first time in. I told her okay and started looking at products. Then the staff member that was in the phone asked if I had been checked in and I told her yes and the lady went to ask someone to give me a tour. She said "she isn't even suppose to be the one checking people in, can you come over so I can check you in?" It seemed a little unprofessional and chaotic. From that point everyone did a great job explaining the check-in process and giving me a tour of the facility. It was clean and I loved the little tea light candles they had throughout. My specialist SHONDA was wonderful. She was very kind and did a great job with the massage. She made sure I was comfortable and checked in to make sure her pressure was good throughout my session. Located on Main Street in Carmel, this multi-story spa offers all types of skincare services and sells quality skincare lines in the lobby. I'd been in to pick up a few products before, but finally booked a facial last week. I called ahead to book my appointment. I wanted them to assess what my skin needed, so I gave them my budget and told them to do whatever they thought was best in that price range. My esthetician, Rose, was amazing and did a great job clearly explaining what she was doing. She answered all of my questions in a helpful way and I learned that she has 14+ years of experience. She said that this is her favorite place she's worked because everyone here is passionate about skin and they get all of the new gadgets. She hydrated my skin, did a mini chemical peel (one with no downtime), microbladed my face (gets rid of all dead skin/hair/helps you be glowy), and did laser genesis to stimulate collagen and kill bacteria (potential acne). My face was super glowy after and my skin felt tight the following day. The products that she used were top of the line (IS Clinical, Babor, etc), so the price of the facial truly is worth the quality of product that they're giving you. I appreciated the custom facial and was surprised that the glow was instant. Highly recommend!
