The very first time I walked into the office, all the staff just stared at me and made me feel very uncomfortable. They did not even say anything at first. I had no idea where I was supposed to go/what I was supposed to do. Some training on professionalism would be helpful there. Once they finally spoke to me, they acted like I did not have an appointment that day. I had spoken to someone on the phone and absolutely scheduled an appointment, so of course that rubbed me the wrong way. Part of me was surprised I went back after that, but I wanted to keep an open mind. So I actually went back several times, and none of them were positive experiences. I had disclosed personal health information only out of medical necessity. Before I knew it, everyone single staff member knew about it, and every single staff member would ask me and talk to me about it every single time I went in. It made me extremely uncomfortable. I did not disclose that information because I wanted to chit chat about it. Again, I disclosed it out of medical necessity. And again, some major training in professionalism, bedside manner, and common courtesy is essential. I think Johnson Chiropractic "means well" but is 100% missing the mark. There is a lot of work that needs to be done in order to make it as respectable healthcare establishment.

However, a 911 hair emergency made me give it a whirl and was I surprised. The inside of the salon is well decorated without being pretentious. Products are well and tastefully displayed. My aunt told me she had a friend who went there and it was a great deal. So I decided to give it a go, though I am nervous about who does my hair. So I called and got an appointment for the same day! I was told that Annie would be doing my hair. The place looks lovely and the staff is very friendly. Annie asked me what I wanted to do and though I wasn't sure, she helped me make a decision without being pushy. She was gentle and careful with my hair. She listened to exactly what I wanted and boy did she deliver! She gave me a beautiful color and highlights, and even trimmed my hair for me. Lastly she curled it for me and looked genuinely happy to do so. She was courteous and interesting without being too talkative. I will DEFINITELY be going back to her! And I would DEFINITELY recommend this new salon! She did all that to my hair for only $60!! In Cleveland it would have cost well over $200 and the service would not have been nearly as great! This may or may not be a fair review. Started out about four months ago. Got a great haircut from a…read morewoman named Stephanie. I got a good haircut for about three times. For the first time I had a regular appointment and getting the hair cut I liked. Then I showed up for an appointment for Stephanie to tell me she had something come up and couldn't cut my hair. I was upset that I drove 30 minutes to get a cut only not to, but I understand emergencies happen. I go back to my old habit of getting a Great Clips cut, sorta like McDonald's French fries, maybe they are hot maybe they are cold. Vs a good cut to a bad cut. I call Stephanie set up an appointment for the next cut. Showed up to have Stephanie seemed surprised about my appointment, she realized she didn't have room for me so I left upset wondering why I waisted my time and just roll the dice with Great Clips. I did make up my mind that Stephanie didn't seem to care about the importance of time. My wife made an appointment to day with another stylist at Le Crazy Horse. At 130, I was thankful and showed up early only to find it did me no good. Which is on me, I waited until 140 for 130 appointment only to be told five more minutes. Normally I would wait but I had another appointment and knew I would be late so no hair cut. I'm an easy male cut, and believe it or not I rarely complain. I would love to find someone that cared about their work.
