They scheduled me with one person then when I got there gave me a young girl by a completely different name and I told them when I called that I didn't want a stylist that was FRESH out of beauty school. I gave her a picture and told her EXACTLY what I wanted. She BUTCHERED my hair & I will NEVER go back. It wasn't worth it. The girl kept looking confused, she didn't know how to texturize & she had no idea what she was doing. Her name was Rez (however you spell it) and that's who I told them I didn't want. They knew she wasn't experienced enough for what I asked and the manager knew it but she went against my wishes COMPLETELY. I hated my hair and I actually showed her how to tezturize my hair. She didn't know how to use the texturizing shears. I did tip her bc I know she was scared and probably 2nd guessing herself but they shouldn't be giving clients to people who have no idea what they're doing. My looks are important to me and I haven't left the house in days. I feel like an idiot. Horrible experience and felt judged the whole time. Super snooty & boogie. I will not recommend them to ANYONE.

It was originally recommended to me by a colleague, but every time I drove by it seemed closed. This isn't a spa with lavender-scented waiting room, lemon water, or plush bathrobes. This is the place to come for a MASSAGE. Becky is the owner and currently the only massage therapist here. If she is working on a client you wait in the small waiting room. Becky is a middle-age woman and approaches the massage slightly more straightforward than the spas and salons with their just-out-of-massage school staff. I like this approach and liked that her massage was very firm and I could actually feel her working on the knots in my back. Prices: half hour - $35, hour - $60, hour and half - $80. Hours seem pretty flexible and you call to schedule an appointment 765-966-1800 or email becky@yourpathtohealthandwellness.com. Therapeutic Solutions only takes cash or check. She recommended that I book appointments two to three weeks in advance. Becky is also in the massage therapist at Earlham College. Their the massage is done in a locker room and prices are are half hour - $30, hour - $50. Her hours at Earlham are Mondays during the summer 1:00 - 4:30 PM. and 4:00 - 7:30 PM during the school year.

The very first time I walked into the office, all the staff just stared at me and made me feel very uncomfortable. They did not even say anything at first. I had no idea where I was supposed to go/what I was supposed to do. Some training on professionalism would be helpful there. Once they finally spoke to me, they acted like I did not have an appointment that day. I had spoken to someone on the phone and absolutely scheduled an appointment, so of course that rubbed me the wrong way. Part of me was surprised I went back after that, but I wanted to keep an open mind. So I actually went back several times, and none of them were positive experiences. I had disclosed personal health information only out of medical necessity. Before I knew it, everyone single staff member knew about it, and every single staff member would ask me and talk to me about it every single time I went in. It made me extremely uncomfortable. I did not disclose that information because I wanted to chit chat about it. Again, I disclosed it out of medical necessity. And again, some major training in professionalism, bedside manner, and common courtesy is essential. I think Johnson Chiropractic "means well" but is 100% missing the mark. There is a lot of work that needs to be done in order to make it as respectable healthcare establishment.
