When he progressed from home therapy to outpatient services, Select made this transition seamless. The therapy is top-notch (take it from a repeat PT consumer) and they have been super patient with our family member's special needs. The team also makes the activities we can do at home easy and clear so different family members can support our patient's care and recovery. Claire is right on top of scheduling and checking the billing. Occasionally, we have to make changes due to other conflicts and there's never a problem with finding an alternate slot that works for us and Select. As a final FYI, I love that Select mentors an intern from our local community college. It's really important to get hands on experience to pair with higher education and vocational aspirations. At Select, the intern gets to perform real (supervised!) physical therapy that will enable her career success. They will also modify the plan depending on what is bothering you that specific day. I thought this misfortune would end at the door, yet when Melissa Altman RN then met me for my appointment and was also not wearing one at all, she told me I could take mine off if it made me feel comfortable which obviously it did not and she didn't put on a mask to meet my comfort level displayed.
