Bought 12 windows and 4 doors in September 2025. HORRIBLE experience from start to finish with one lie and disaster after the next. The salesman Scott Moore promised installation in October/November which never happened. Then Andre promised December. That didn't happen either. Allie promised January installation. They came and worked two days and finished half and promised to come back Monday. They never showed up and never called. Finally they came back a MONTH later and finished in February 2025, FIVE MONTHS after we purchased. Chris, the installer, told me I would get an invoice but instead, Aaron had me sued ten days later. Aaron is a piece of work. Aaron yelled at me and when I asked to speak to his Supervisor, he said he didn't have one, yelled some more and hung up on me. No one ever answers the phone in the office. You have to leave message after message to get anyone to respond to you. We contacted our lawyer to answer their lawsuit. Basically they did such a LOUSY job that Aaron wanted to give us $250 to sign a non-disclosure agreement to forbid us to give reviews. WHAT? No way. The installers left debris everywhere and one window sill needed to be replaced and was not. Hopefully they come and fix that but this has been the WORST experience ever with a vendor. Don't go to them . As of now they've takin $8750 from us and have cancelled all 4 times and are holding my windows I've paid for 4 times over. They'll lie, tell you things that aren't true, and their customer service sucks. I told them to bring our windows along with an itemized cost list and they are refusing, so as of now it's theif of our product we paid for. I'll never send anyone to them for Windows, get pella windows instead. As far as Renewal by Anderson out of Louisville Ky I guess well settled this in court. read more

have tried to get an estimate for window replacement since September. They finally sent a representative to my house in early November. I have still not got an estimate. I've talked to several people at the company. They seem not to be able to find my estimate. Are they they have my phone number and address after three months, I would have an estimate so I would not recommend this company ever read more

Installers were great, but the door was measured wrong, came in wrong color. My trim will not fit now and it's a very hard to get find molding. For over two months, I had to live exposed to outside while waiting for new door. I was promised a $100. gift card for their mistake and my trouble but never received any refund or discount. Great company to work with from Vadim Dale, salesman , to Sarah his go to , to their installers , Nathan & Yonas all very personal, helpful, every time I had questions they were polite and professional. Windows look beautiful and they left my house clean when the job was done. I give them five stars, and highly recommend Renewal by Anderson to replace old windows or upgrade the builders windows. I signed a contract with this company in February of 2021. It took them until September to install the (incorrect) windows. It's has been over a year since they told me to their plan to make the corrections but I have yet to hear from them. read more

Very pleased so far with my experience with Renewal by Anderson Louisville. I had been considering replacing the windows on my 1956 home for a while and finally decided to go for it. They were offering 25 month financing--yeah! Everyone Who I have dealt with from my sales rep to the install team has been fantastic! Scott is my sales rep and he is Extremely knowledgeable and just a nice guy to work with. Shout out to Cory who finalized all the measurements and Al & Christian, the installers. This entire team just top notch to work with. My windows and storm doors are AWESOME. Turn around time fairly quick considering the delays most industries are currently experiencing due to a certain little pandemic who shall remain nameless. I had no problems at all with the sales call by Heather Smith who was very effecient and on to the actual installation by the team who handles that portion. 7-29-2021 We are now two weeks out from hearing from our customer service representative. She has not been proactive in helping to resolve installation issues with our windows. We have had to initiate every contact in order to try and work toward trying to resolve issues with our original installation. Update 8-2-2021 Just got a call from one of the owners of Andersen Windows and I just don't think they get it. I shared my dissatisfacation for how poor of an experience we have had with our windows and the response I got was "I am so sorry to hear that "you feel" you had a bad experience". In customer service, you should never invalidate a customers experience. I absolutely do not just "feel" like I had a bad experience, I HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE. I hope that they truly use this experience to learn and make changes on their end. read more

I recently had Renewal by Anderson replace all the windows in my home. The experience from the beginning to the end was terrific. It started with my interaction with my sales rep. He wasn't just looking to quickly close a sale. He took his time to educate me on windows, what to look for, and what to expect during the process. I did compare them to 2 other window companies in the city and Renewal by Anderson came out on top when looking at overall quality, product, and price. Once the windows were ordered, the installation was incredible. The installation crew was very, very friendly, they were professional, and they did an incredible amount of work in one day. They installed my entire house in a day with just some quick touch up to do the next day. Great crew and every window was installed beautifully. The window and door quality seems fine. The price is a bit expensive but not too bad and I'm sure to some extent you get what you pay for. You can haggle a bit or they give discounts for some things from what I can tell. I don't have much experience with doors or windows but I did shop around a bit and they at least gave me a better price on the exact same door I got than a different store quoted me. The only problem I have really is the sliding glass store I had installed doesn't lock properly. I had someone come out and tinker with it and it works a bit better but still has to be messed around with a bit to lock. For spending so much money I'd like things to work a bit better. I also got an email for feedback and mentioned my problem but still haven't received a reply. read more

I could not be more pleased with the entire process of having replacement doors and windows installed in my home. As another reviewer stated, they aren't the cheapest but YOU DO get what you pay for and Renewal by Andersen is worth every penny of difference in price. I had three companies come by to show their product and to do estimates. The windows made by Renewal by Andersen are far superior from the other two companies. The representatives that work for the company are also top notch. They are extremely knowledgeable and very helpful in the selection of the doors and windows that would meet my individual needs. I made some minor changes to the original order and they were handled quickly and hassle free. An experienced two man crew started at 9 am, installed 12 windows, a french patio door in the master bedroom, and a new back door. They were finished by 5:30 and left the home spotlessly clean. We spent $18,000 on sliding doors and a window this summer, and there were several problems with one of the sliding doors. The installers also broke our drapery mechanism when they removed and reinstalled the drapes. We have spent 3 months now trying to get these items taken care of, but calls are not returned, and the employee who came out said that he wasn't really a repair person and didn't know anything but that he would send someone out who did. Their Sales Consultant, Jeremy Stoddart, spent 3 hours outlining just what Andersen would propose as replacements. A date was selected & the Andersen crew, Boris, Nick B, Avetik & Nazar arrived on schedule & started the job. 2 days later they finished the installation, & Boris conducted us on a final inspection & approval of their work. When we purchased our home 18 months ago & the first thing we wanted to do was to put our personal touch on the interior. We value our home & want to pay it forward if we were to ever move. Yesterday we took another step towards adding substantial value to our home by replacing our front door & back patio door. Both were rotten & were a profound eye-sore to the rest of our home. I recently had to replace the majority of original wooden casement windows in my rental house, and not only did I not live in the same city, during the project I was gone for 3 weeks on my honeymoon.
