Rick as usual is detailed, works very hard, attention to all details, we took off the old base board which was MDF, and got real wood base boards. Found wood rot behind the stove as well, un leveled flooring in the laundry area. Everything was well done, and it wasn't a job that was done in 1 day, more 4 total days, with no breaks. His advice which I asked for, the best would vinyl planks, and that's what we did. I have a rowdy family, 2 dogs. I needed something that would hold up and not tear like that cheap crap I paid for from Empire flooring. It wasn't even a 1 mm thickness. Anyway Happy to write this review. He shows up when he says he is going to, is reliable, and detailed. Old fashioned quality without gauging your pockets.

His authenticity and local roots immediately stood out. We first called Eric because our front door had been sticking and sagging for months -- maybe a year. He explained that there was a 1 1/2-hour minimum charge and suggested we make a list of other small projects to fill that time. That "little list" grew quickly -- and by the end, Eric and his team had transformed our home far beyond what we imagined. Here's just part of what they accomplished: Permanently secured our garage garden tool organizer and built custom garage shelving that perfectly fulfilled and exceeded my original request. Fixed our heavy front door, which now opens and closes effortlessly. Replaced nine exterior LED lanterns, choosing new fixtures with integrated bulbs for long-term reliability. Replaced our sliding door screen and updated all shower and faucet fixtures in our master bathroom. Rehung our large glass shower door and custom-painted the hinges to match the new bathroom fixture color using a special metallic paint that will hold up beautifully to water exposure. The results are fantastic! Throughout it all, Eric's communication was clear, friendly, and professional, and his teammates, Brandon and Terry, were equally skilled, respectful, and efficient. They worked cleanly, moved with purpose, and treated our home with care. A great example of Eric's integrity came when he tried to fix a rusted toilet handle -- and the porcelain tank unexpectedly cracked. Without hesitation, he went out, bought a brand-new toilet, installed it, and refused any payment for it. That's rare, and it speaks volumes about his character. Eric and his team are intelligent, experienced craftsmen with high standards of workmanship and ethics. They far exceeded our expectations in every way. I'll absolutely be calling them again for future repairs and upgrades. Luckily it turned out that the cause of my leak wasn't a leaking roof but actually caused by a build up of leaves and tree debris causing water to be backlogged and forced up under my shingles. They informed me of this and saved me from having to do anything besides jumping on my roof and clearing it all away. After a few hours of clearing everything, it was good as new and now I know not to allow this debris to sit on my roof during rainy season.
