Came out over 2 weeks ago. Still haven't heard back with quote. Communication goes a long way. I refuse to chase after for a quote.

I made a request for a quote and they got back to me very quickly. They also got me in the very next day to replace my windshield and told me it would be about 3 hours to install. Friendly and accommodating service. Pricing is reasonable. Difficult for me to get in, as their service hours fall during my working hours and they aren't open on the weekends. I would have given them 4 stars, if it hadn't been for the damage they caused. I got there just in time to pick up my Jeep as they were closing. Everyone was walking out as I was paying for the service. As I was getting ready to leave, I noticed some significant grinder marks on the window frame at the lower passenger side corner. It looks like some grinding was done to fit the new window and the tech apparently slipped, as there were significant marks all the way to bare metal. I turned to see if anyone was still there to point it out, but they were all gone by that point... I'm reporting the outcome of my complaint yesterday Monday 6-21-21 I went and picked up my rv screen as I told them yesterday that I'd pick it up done or not, to my surprise it was done and a pretty good job at that. I was told there was no charge and that was that, no apology, just a matter of fact interaction. I am appreciative that there was no charge for my inconvenience, so the company did make it right, but not as friendly as the day I took it in. read more

We called I-5 glass and they told us to come and get it done now, they had it in stock and ready to go. We were so happy with the results. Didn't take long at all. Wow! We had our shattered windshield replaced, and they did a mediocre job! Not only did they leave rub marks on the paint from possibly a metal button, they left the dash, console and floor with glass! The windshield seems okay, we'll find out more when it rains. I would NOT take my vehicle back to them. They did get us in quickly, but I'm not so sure that was that helpful when we had to rub out the paint AND clean up the broken glass! read more

These guys are great! My son shot out his side mirror of his pick up truck with a paintball gun. I went down to O'Reilly's which they could not help they sent me to Toyota, Toyota ordered the part to find out they ordered the wrong part and advised me that they could not help me. So then I asked a member of the loose nuts car club way I can do they advised me to go see the good guys over at I5 glass. They took one look at it ordered it had it the next day and installed it for less than half of what Toyota was trying to charge me. I highly recommend these guys! read more

The guys at I-5 Glass are terrific. I have a 1965 Chevrolet pickup that needed a new windshield. I called two other places before I called I-5 Glass and frankly they weren't too helpful. The I called I-5 and what a difference. Very helpful on the phone. Got me a new windshield for my 50 year old truck in 2 days and did a perfect installation. Vacuumed and wiped down the interior and the glass was spot free. Very fair price as well. I would give them an 11 if I could. Thanks guys. read more
