I said as he was finished and leaving and he grumbled something into his beard. Very weird experience all the way through with this company. I will never use them again. *** I'll update my review if they ever call me back! I hired them to get a screen door for my back patio. Pretty straightforward. Someone came by, measured everything, took cash as 1/2 down deposit, said they would call to schedule installation.......poof. No more contact efforts from them. It's been 6 weeks. I've called a couple of times to follow up and ask about scheduling, how far out are you, etc; they always say "that person is on the other line" or "the person that does that isn't here right now but I'll have them call you" and it never happens. At this point I'd just like my $100 back!

Instead the order took more than a month to arrive, and after I called to confirm it was ready, I went to pick up the order and staff could not find the screens. Even stranger, they don't know whether the screens were provided by the manufacturer, and they called the manufacturer to ask whether screens were sent or not sent. Then they said they would fabricate screens and it would take an additional week! No apology, no professional demeanor, I will not buy from Lane County Glass again. I gave 2 stars because thankfully the windows were the correct size.
