So when a large window blind in our home began to malfunction, I was happy to see Dillabaugh's listed as a distributor for that brand. I stopped into Dillabaugh's, and explained what I needed. I was given the card of one of their Window Covering Specialists: Aaron Tabor. That evening I emailed Aaron explaining my blinds issue. I heard back from him almost immediately. We were able to set up an appointment for him to come out to my house and take a look at the troublesome blind within two days. Aaron came out this afternoon. He could not have been more professional and friendly! He took down the blind, opened it up, and patiently explained to and showed me what structures inside the blind mechanism had failed. He then gave me a couple of options of addressing the issue, one of which we were able to do then and there. The blind now works great! While he was here, I asked him about one other window covering issue I had. He took a look, and told how it was likely that I could correct this myself. He gave me great instructions on how to access that blind's mechanism to do so. In short, Aaron Tabor represented exactly the kind of repair specialist you'd hope to have when needed. Many thanks to Aaron, and to Dillabaugh's, including their commitment to providing such a high level of customer service. P.S. Somehow I'm listed as living in "Rochester NY." In reality, I've been living in Boise ID for almost 40 years.

I recently purchased new chairs from this location. The chairs were delivered assembled. All of…read morethem are really wobbly. One of them looks like it was used. The seat is faded and there's a stain on the arm rest. To add to this, I didn't appreciate the sales tactics used in the store. Our salesperson insisted that we buy the white glove delivery instead of assembling the chairs ourselves. I did not want this m, but was told that I could only buy them in increments of 2 if I did not want the delivery. Since we were buying 3 chairs, this was basically a requirement. So we paid $100 for this delivery which makes the fact that they are not in good condition even more frustrating. A tech is coming to fix or replace them. I will update this review based on the outcome of that visit. Update: I've changed my review from 1 to 3 stars. Ashley Furniture gave me a full refund for the three chairs. I didn't go higher for a couple reasons. First, I had to deliver the chairs myself to their warehouse which was pretty far away. I think they should have picked them up. I also still don't like the sales tactic of requiring the added cost of their assembly and delivery. I could have assembled them myself, but wasn't able to do that unless I ordered in increments of two. At least that's what the salesman said.

I've been a loyal Ashley customer for over 15 years -- starting with a mattress that lasted 10+…read moreyears. I recently purchased another mattress with a 90-day comfort guarantee that was explained to me in store. I followed every instruction, waited more than the 30-day break-in period, and then requested an exchange because the mattress caused severe back pain requiring a doctor visit. Despite the written guarantee, I was first told I couldn't exchange due to timing -- then given conflicting information by multiple reps. I submitted photos and proof online, received a claim number, and then was told someone had to inspect the mattress -- a requirement not disclosed in the paperwork and later denied by the manufacturer (Tempur-Pedic). Every call has resulted in confusion, delays, and promises of follow-up that never happen. I've been left with a mattress that harms my health, no resolution, and the prospect of waiting weeks for an exchange -- all while being told I must pay a $100 fee and any price difference. After 15+ years as a repeat customer, I will never shop here again and strongly caution others to understand the fine print: Ashley does not honor its own exchange policies, lacks clear communication, and makes recovery from a bad purchase unnecessarily painful.

I hired Little Layla's for a move-out cleaning service, expecting a thorough job that would leave…read morethe space spotless. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the outcome. Even basic cleaning tasks like vacuuming, cleaning the baseboards, and mopping the floors were left undone. Areas behind appliances were also completely neglected. For a move-out service, which should be thorough, this was a huge letdown. I reached out to the company to express my dissatisfaction, and they explained that the cleaner that day wasn't feeling well. They offered to come back to clean again, which I appreciated. However, my husband and I were shocked to find the house looked almost the same as it did after the first visit. I even ran my personal vacuum once they'd left for the second time, and I was able to pick up plenty they'd missed. I've attached pictures for reference, including the results from my own vacuuming after they'd been here twice, the state of the carpet in each corner of every room, dog hair on the floor in the pantry, dirt and crumbs in between the oven and the counter, and the results from me personally cleaning the baseboards. This service did not meet even basic standards, and I cannot recommend them based on this experience
