They were friendly, helpful, and able to get me scheduled for early that afternoon without any hassle. I showed up about 10 minutes before my appointment and was already in a chair with fluids running within another 10 minutes. It took a little driving around to figure out how to enter the parking lot and parking spaces are a bit tight. After realizing my mistake, I logged onto their website through Yelp to check the booking process. I was relieved to find the booking platform was user-friendly, which allowed me to quickly book the first available appointment (Regular pedicure with French) they had for the afternoon (12:45 PM). Shortly after booking, I did receive a text message confirmation of my appointment. I decided to find somewhere to grab a bite to eat before returning for my appointment time. When I returned I was quickly checked in by their receptionist and brought back to the pedicure chairs. I was greeted nicely but the pedicurist didn't introduce herself so I can't confirm her name, but online it said my appointment was with Lissa. There was one client leaving when I arrived and another getting a manicure. The salon is very spacious and clean. A very strong citrus scent fills the building. Very light spa music played in the background throughout my visit. The TV plays videos of various island resort beaches. The gel polish removal process was very natural. No drill was used. From there she proceeded with my pedicure which was ok. She was very gentle in handling my feet and legs. I was a bit disappointed at the cold pedicure water and there were no jets or bubbles but maybe that's included with the higher priced pedicure options. This salon is DEAD SILENT lol like you can hear a pin drop in here. Very different than what I am use to. Lissa did a good job of cleaning the nail beds and achieving my desired length and shape. The outcome of the French was also just ok. I personally didn't really care for how thin the French on my big toes were but all other nails came out flawless. Their pedicure chairs are some of the most comfortable I've experienced. The massage is gentle and doesn't violently knead your back while the chairs themselves hug you like a glove. I don't know if I would return but I would definitely recommend to anyone who lives close by. Especially anyone very big on natural nail restoration. My total was $56.65 not including tip. My itemized bill was conveniently emailed to me within minutes of checking out.

I booked a facial wrinkle treatment online. Although I was a new client at your clinic, I have been…read morereceiving facial aesthetic treatments for nearly five years and have previously used products like Botox and Xeomin. However, when I arrived, the practitioner performing the injections seemed very unprofessional. First, despite being a new client, I had clearly stated my treatment history; yet, when discussing the plan, she recommended Dysport instead of the Botox I had originally booked. She asked if I was comfortable with a total cost exceeding $700--which was fine by me. I also wanted a touch-up on my cheeks (where I had received Juvéderm injections a year prior). After treating my forehead, she declared the session over. When I asked about my cheeks, she asked in surprise, "You want to do your cheeks too?" I was shocked, as I had mentioned needing treatment for both my forehead and cheeks from the start. I kept asking for her recommendations, expecting a professional to proactively suggest a plan and advise me on what was needed. Instead, she claimed I had only booked a 15-minute session for forehead wrinkles and suggested I come back the next day. When I said I couldn't return the following day, she reluctantly agreed to inject Restylane into my cheeks. Throughout the process, she repeatedly questioned my ability to pay--asking things like "Is this price okay?" and "Do you know how much this costs?"--rather than offering professional advice on the areas of my face that needed attention. This made me feel very uncomfortable. She rushed through the procedure, and after I paid over $1,300 and left, no follow-up appointment was scheduled. I suspect this happened because my attire made me look "low-class," leading her to worry that I couldn't afford the treatment. She offered no advice or assessment based on my face's actual needs; she simply performed my requests mechanically without ever mentioning follow-up care. There was absolutely no effect after getting the treatment on my forehead. In the past, when I got Botox, the forehead lines would disappear the very same day.

Hair and Make up Completed for Prom…read more My niece is all grown up and going to Prom tonight at Park Vista High School! I wasn't able to be in town but scheduled a hair ‍and makeup appointment at The Esthetic Center. I am an old high school friend of the owner Luisabel and in high school she would always do our hair and makeup before we'd go out. She is passionate about everything esthetic-makeup and hair included. I just knew my niece would be in good hands this afternoon as she prepped for her prom debut. Prom is a huge rite of passage for many young adults and I wanted my niece to have fun and look her best. Well, mission accomplished all thanks to The Esthetic Center. And The pain was excruciating, I pleaded with her to help correct it since it was my daughter's wedding I went back for A touch-up especially since The color was wayyyyyy off for my dark skin It still looks too warm THEY LOOKED NAVY BLUE I've contacted her 3 times and She's INSISTING me for to pay her $150 additionally I sent her pictures Showing her how disfigured the shape is AND how off the color is how sparse the shading is Yet !!!!she's refusing to give me a refund so I can go elsewhere to "fix" my eyebrows - Very disappointed and will not recommend her services ever!!!! Thank goodness for Bombshell makeover Who we used for my makeup on the wedding day , They were able to fill -in my brows and camouflage the poor job of the permanent makeup on my eyebrows .
