I drove 45 minutes to come there and was very disappointed. They did not contact me back they did not do anything finally after I told them I would post to reviews. They asked me to send them pictures, which I did I sent them a bunch of pictures and they were able to see how my face looked because before I walked into that office I took a picture of my face. The second I walked in there close-up sides, everything so they were able to compare two weeks later they said to me just come back up. We'll see what else we can do. I asked them. I'm driving 45 minutes. I'm not gonna pay for anything. That's a definite. They couldn't say anything for sure basically they were saying to me I was gonna be charged to do more stuff that wasn't gonna happen. I couldn't have been any more disappointed. I threw the money out the window pretty much because they wouldn't help me at all I kept texting them on the number that I sent the pictures to. I called. Nobody would call me back not a manager not anybody would call me back. They didn't care but the minute I started posting reviews all of a sudden now they seem to comment and care, but if I never posted any of these reviews or told the truth about what happened, I'd never hear back from them. They couldn't care less they would take my money that would be it so my opinion is this is not a great spa because I felt that they had horrible customer service. They didn't even try to rectify it.
