I just walked in on a Sunday morning, I was surprised they were open, and I only had a brief wait. The service was incredibly relaxing, their staff is very professional, the products were sublime and the various extra touches made the experience memorable. I've had manicures or pedicures probably once a week for decades, and this place was amongst the very best. In fact, the Ritz costs twice the price and this place was even better.
