The closest walk in is now about `10 miles south. While they will try and accommodate you if you have a need to get into see the doctor on the same day it may not happen. My primary care doctor works for this office and he is one of 6 doctors who use this office. My doctors name is Dr. Hamm and he is the nicest doctor I have ever met. I do not get the awful feeling when the door opens and in walks Dr. Hamm. He is a total gentleman and a very gentle person. Having a good visit today and had a great consultation I now know that my life of debauchery has had little effect on me. LOL!!

The check in app has it way off Manchester for some reason and I have submitted an updated locations so hopefully that will get fixed.

For a month now I have been trying to book an appointment. But every time you call during business hrs ,you get an audio prompt,and no matter what number you press , you get the same message saying the office is closed and to call back during normal biz hrs. They have a number for after hrs exchange but that is answered by numbskulls who don't get your message to the doctor. I tried calling their other location today and got the same message but with an option to text if you needed an appt. So I'm texting trying to get a doctor appt???? And let's just say the person texting me back was not a communication expert !!!! Supposedly their phone system " has been down for over a month " wtaf??? Oh and the online patient portal says I don't exist . Oooookaaay. Never in my life have I heard or experienced a doctors office with no phone system. The very least they could do is have an outgoing message EXPLAINING THE SITUATION to patients, apologizing for the situation and give them a viable option to making an appointment or getting rxs refills. I drive all the way out to Ballwin from downtown because he's just plain worth the drive. I've never had a better physician. This man is not only as sharp as they come, but he really cares. He sits down, discusses everything with me, without the slightest hint of condescension, apathy, or impatience. He's always proactive, and has never let me down. Once I finally got ahold of someone, my appointment was three weeks out. That appointment got cancelled because the doctor had to go elsewhere. My VOICEMAIL notification of that was on Wednesday (appointment on Thursday). Yes, they called on Monday, but what does that matter if I don't answer and you don't leave me a voicemail? Look for the clock tower to find Mercy. I saw Dr Cristian Sutter for the first time. He was detailed about gathering health history info and ordering appropriate tests. I like how the lab and specialist referrals are done directly through the computer system. It gives me confidence that nothing would fall through the cracks. Dr Sutter and his staff are low key and casually dressed. The walls and instruments looked clean, but the light in the exam room I was in was dirty and the exam rooms look sad and tired. The staff seem pleasant and competent, but as a whole, the clinic doesn't exude personality. I am comfortable with my medical care so I will be back..

A growing family practice with young, modern doctors…read more Dr. Edward C. Chen is my primary physician, but I have seen Dr. Kevin King as well. I like being able to have access to both in case one is booked up or on vacation. The doctors went to med school together (at SLU) and performed their internships together and so their practice is quite integrated. Both doctors have a very pleasant attitude, listen well, answer as many questions as you have, and take a lot of notes. Everything is computerized so there is no need to wait for someone to "pull your file." There is very little wait time for an appointment, usually the next day. The office is comfortable and modern, the walls adorned, in part, by a nice selection of Dr. Chen's remarkable photography. There are several clean and bright exam rooms and even though they allow you as much time as you need, are run quite efficiently by their friendly and competent staff. They are on staff at Mercy hospitals and provide service to people of all ages, babies thru seniors. Once registered, you can use a web app to schedule appointments, send email questions directly to your doctor, conduct video chat visits, view test results, keep track of immunizations, and much more. I plan to stay with Dr. Chen for good, and I highly recommend that you check this practice out.
