A few hours later, I asked them when the flowers would be delivered and when I would expect the picture and I was told it should be ready in about 20 min. I received no notification or photo and when I called back to get a status the shop was closed. We found out later in the evening from my father in law that the flowers were delivered. These flowers were for my mother in law who was recovering from a major surgery and it was also her birthday. The fact that I blindly spent $72 on flowers I did not see and received no notice of delivery is flat out ridiculous. Do not advertise flowers you do not have and follow through on your word. It's pretty surprising to see high ratings for a company with no regard!!! They don't even deserve a single star!
