The juice had spilled over into my plate. Knowing that the greens were dirty I threw the whole plate away. I was unable to get back up there because I do not have a vehicle. Today, I asked for my replacement plate and the lady said they would only replace my greens, which the green juice spread all over the plate. They would not replace or refund my money. Very poor customer service and somebody needs to change cooks because if you can't wash greens then you shouldn't be cooking. Unprofessional and they will no longer have another purchase from me. The killing part is that she knew and had received several complaints about the greens being dirty and still refused to replace my plate.

The staff was just sitting in the corner playing card games the entire time I was there, now I'm all for some fun and a card game, while waiting for customers, but when we walked in, I was standing at the counter for five minutes before someone came and took me and my kids orders. I feel as though the teens there don't really take it as seriously as they need to and there was even a girl there that did not work at snopocalypse that was trying to make snowcones. I'm guessing one of their friends. The girl who came and took my order had a horrible attitude and was so rude. And they all kept screaming at the table and I'm all for some fun but cussing and shouting while my kids are in there is OUTRAGEOUS! The Vidalia Onion Picante Salsa was pretty good and I don't even like spicy foods. $4.50 Fire Roasted Habanero Hot Sauce $4 - not my thing but the guys I bought it for said it was perfect for wings. Chocolate Amaretto Pecans $12 - crack! Omg! Pecan Pralines $12 - more crack! I can't stop eating them!!! Homemade Beef Jerky - I don't eat meat but my friend said it was soft and not hard/chewy like the ones in the supermarket. I can't remember how much it cost but it was something like $4.
