Did two bathrooms. one turned out great. No complaints. One was a sliding door for shower and stationary wall. it leaked immediately because the stationary and sliding were incorrectly placed so the water flowed into the opening. It was corrected but water flowed out a little still. i figured out it was the tile grout area and how to fix it. i feel they weren't thorough or knowledgeable on this installation. They did a replacement glass for coffee table that turned out great. So it's hit and miss. read more

We had Refro replace our windshield in December and after 4 return trips, we still do not have a completed repair. They have been unable to seat the seals. Very disappointed in their lack of competent service. read more

DO NOT USE!!! VERY INCOMPETENT & UNPROFESSIONAL....... If I could give "MINUS 5" stars I would! After being referred to "Nacogdoches Auto Glass" by my USAA insurance, I went there to find out they had been bought out by Renfro's and were now at the location on North Street across from Auto Zone. So, I went there. There was one young girl on duty at the time and she said "no problem, she could fix it." I trusted her... BIG MISTAKE!! I had a small round rock chip on my brand new pickup (which happened a couple days ago). It was about 1/16th inch in diameter, but had begun to "spider" out slightly because of the heat. USAA wanted me to get it repaired so it wouldn't expand and ruin the windshield. I've had this repair procedure done 7 times before on several other vehicles (at SAFELITE stores in the Dallas area) in the past, and it's takes them about 5 minutes each time, and the results were always perfect; couldn't tell where the original chip was. HOWEVER... Renfro's took nearly 20 minutes and proceeded to RUIN MY WINDSHIELD, as you can see from the pictures! The original chip (which was barely visible) is all "buggered up" and there's now a 14" crack running up and down the windshield. Now the ENTIRE WINDSHIELD will obviously have to be REPLACED! When I saw rhe results and commented on this, the gal (uncaringly & flippantly) said "well, we'll pay *half* the deductible for windshield replacement." I said, "NO you damaged it and you'll pay it all"... and asked to speak to a manager or owner (who wasn't there at the time). I was told that they would call me, but that ain't happened. Obviously, I WON'T be getting my windshield replacent at Renfro's! And by the way, I have a friend who also recently had trouble there too. So sad, but the founder & original owner of Renfro's (who is deceased) would be turning over in their grave at what their business has become. My insurance first contacted this company on September 3, 2020, to replace my windshield. It was replaced on the 9th after they did not call or show up four times. The installers caused $7,000 worth of damage to my car, including water leaking to an electric hybrid car. I finally got a rental car on September 30th so my car could be repaired. Their insurance adjuster did not approve it until October 17th. It is now October 19th, and there is no end in sight for when I will get my car back. This has been the worst car repair situation I have ever dealt with. read more

House window- didn't show up first time for an estimate like they said. Called and they finally came same day. Took 2 employees to get a measurement ,I think one was a manager or supervisor, and got quoted for a standard sized window with an appointment date ...day goes by another man comes back out and now they got a different measurement that is double priced...unreliable, incompetent, and just awful business practice. * LONG POST ALERT* My Husband and I bought our first home in April. The original owner of the home was wheelchair bound and requested that the Master Bathroom shower be built with no shower enclosure to allow easier accessibility. For whatever reason, the original owner never moved into the home. After having our home inspected, we were told that the slope of the shower was not deep enough to use without an enclosure and the water would likely run on to the floor. So, we made the decision to add a shower enclosure with a door. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of trusting Renfroe Glass to install the shower enclosure. I reached out to Joey Renfro and explained why I wanted/needed a shower enclosure. He came out to my home to do measurements and gave me a quote for installation. I paid for his services, and the shower enclosure was installed at the beginning of May. Honestly, we loved the aesthetics of the shower enclosure. It looked beautiful. Unfortunately, the 1st time the shower was used, it flooded the entire bathroom. Water was coming from the base of the shower door. I reached out to Joey and was told that he would come out to take a look at the shower. Joey did not come but sent one of his employees out to examine the leak. Some additional materials were added to the shower door, but it continued to leak. Between May and July, Joey sent his employees out to several times to fix the leak to no avail. Now, throughout all of this I've been nothing but nice and patient with Joey. After multiple attempts the fix the leak, Joey himself came out to my home and promised me that he would fix my shower. First of all, Joey brought a gun into my home without my permission. When my husband asked about the gun, Joey explained that he was threaten with a gun by a previous customer (hmm... I wonder why). After testing the shower, the next day, it was still leaking. So, I kindly reached out to Joey and asked for a refund. I was told that he would call me later to discuss the issue. Joey never called me but, like a coward, had one of his employees call to explain that "Joey says" that I have a tile and drain issue that needs to be fixed and the leaking from the shower had nothing to do with the shower enclosure. Joey does not have the qualifications to make these assumptions. After I asked for a refund, Joey blocked my number from calling or texting him. I basically had to stalk Joey just to have a conversation with him. I called and went to his office multiple times and left multiple messages he NEVER returned my calls. By the last time I went to office looking for him, I was beyond livid! I had to ask his employee to call from her phone just so I could speak with him. I was not nice at all by this point and demanded a refund. I called the office the next day to inquire about my refund. Again, I was told that I would not be getting a refund, and I could just take him to court. Say less Sir! I immediately went to small claims to court and filed a claim. We have been in our home since May, and we still have not been able to use our shower. See, Joey thought he was going to just take my money and leave me high and dry. Right idea, but the wrong person. I've reached out to several shower glass installation companies in town, and allegedly, they have had to fix many of Joey's mistakes. One company came out and was immediately able to point out several things that were wrong with the enclosure. For example, the shower door should have been place on the opposite side of the enclosure. Fast forward to the end of September, which is when we went to court. Guess who the Judge sided with!! Not only did I get my refund, but he also has to pay my court cost as well. This could have been completely avoided if he wasn't trying to get over on me. Please take my advice, DO NOT GO TO RENFRO GLASS!! Check the comments for videos and pictures. P.S.- If you are a fan Renfro Glass, that's your prerogative, but don't come for me! read more

Twice they assured us they had ordered the right glass and twice (even after calling before driving up there) I arrived to be told they were sorry but they had ordered the wrong glass. Stay away from here.... took 2 vehicles, both are having problems. Truck has gaskets hanging & falling out, wind noise was loud, they cracked the dash board & said it was already there! Took it back.... wind noise not as bad but still loud. Found water leaks, plugs not put back, took it back AGAIN..... discussed gaskets & wind noise. Now with all the rain we've had water is pouring in under dash. Went by to talk to owner & she wouldn't even acknowledge I was there. This used to be a the best glass place around, took all company vehicles there but never again. I don't know if they changed owners or what happened. Not EVEN taking 2nd vehicle back there for that one to be screwed up, will pay someone else to fix the wind noise. read more

I didn't even know they did anything other than car glass. After speaking with the owner I found out they do all types of glass. I had them replace all of the windows in my home. They beat all the quotes that I had received previously. Job was completed sooner than I expected and it was done to perfection. I'm so happy with my new windows, I am thinking of remodeling my bathroom just to get a new shower door. I'm super happy with the job done! read more

If I could give them a 0 that is what they would get! Horrible service all the way around. If you run a business and need glass replace DO NOT USE RENFRO! They will give you the run around and lie about when it will be done. It took over 3 WEEKS for them to finish a job for us. Plus the delivery guys are extremely unprofessional would have been nice if they didn't basically throw the invoice at us and would have told they didn't install the glass in rooms. In conclusion folks of Nacogdoches & surrounding areas DO NOT USE RENFRO GLASS. read more

Went to get a rock chip repair today I called them and they told me it was going to be 35.00. When I went to pay for it the price was 45.00 and upon leaving realized they broke my window visor. When I asked the lady about it she told me they didn't break it that nobody had been on that side when I saw a guy that works for them by that side of my truck!!! They really don't need one star. But I had to put something. We got shower doors installed by them. Worst job ever. They were supposed to be at our house in the morning on a Friday and said it would take 2 hours. They sent one little man to do two doors by himself. He didn't get to my house till 3 pm and didn't finish until after 7 pm. Our shower door won't stay closed so when you take a shower water gets on floor or you have to make it stay shut by puttin something over it and jamming it shut. When we called back to see if they would come fix it they said they would be here Wednesday. Never showed up. So my husband called and she said I'll be there at 8 Thursday morning. Never showed up. We finally got a call from them at 12 and said it would be Tuesday. We asked if we could just have our money back and they giving us the run around. If you need a shower door installed and you see their name run the other way. I would not recommend these people to anyone. Find someone that will do a better job and stand behind their word. And most of all show up when they say they will be there. read more
