The technician, Michael put me in contact with Rhonda who made things right with the order, getting the price even lower than my expectation. The technician, Michael called in the morning to shorten my time window. When he wasn't going to make that window, he called to ensure I was aware. When he arrived, he was pleasant and got right to work. He explained things when I asked and finished in a reasonable amount of time. I had tried calling several other shops but they were booked up 4-6 weeks out. Laserline was able to take it the day I called. It took a while on the repairs but they were extremely thorough and found damage that you could not see from the initial estimate. The repairs look incredible. The back end of my car looks like it's brand new. I'm very impressed. However, what impressed me more is their customer service. They are insanely friendly and that is enough of a bonus. But on top of that they've gone above and beyond helping deal with the insurance and rental companies who have been horrible this entire time. Even now that I have my vehicle back they called Enterprise about an issue I had with billing where the representative flat out lied to me but Laserline still followed up on the matter. Going to those lengths to make sure your customers are taken care of says a lot about how much you value your business. Came in for noise coming from the tire and to have a new sensor replaced. Waited for 3hours to have…read moreit fixed. Told them I had to be out to pick up my child from school and they made it clear I would b out b4 then. End up being late to the school and left with the tire still making noise (which I didn't hear right away... was probably a few days later I noticed). I went to another tire place to get the tire replaced. Told them about the noise and they pulled out the old tpms sensor and showed me that a regular valve stem was used. Came back to Bill Day (which I've used for years and have throughly trusted with all of our cars up UNTIL NOW)... I showed them the sensor. They show in the computer that they did a "flat repair"... which is NOT what I asked for and didn't need a flat repaired. So if they did said repair?... why didn't they find the noise that I heard in the tire and pull that loose sensor out that was floating and then to put a regular valve stem in....? I got NO apology and not even compensation for my time or paying for something that I didn't ask for. I end up paying for the sensor I originally asked for the 1st time... I asked to at least get the amount off from what I was charged for the 3 HOUR wait for the "flat repair" that wasn't done... they denied to give me a minimum of that. .... IF you go here.... DOUBLE Check their work unless you want to have to pay to get it fixed AGAIN!!!!! Very disappointed and also quite pissed about the level of care and customer service has went down from the place our whole family trusted to take care of our vehicles. Would NO LONGER recommend!!!
