Recently had my Ford Expedition chrome delete service completed. The team spent roughly 3 hours on my car. I believe the prep work probably took the longest as nearly my whole car was wrapped in plastic. I was going to leave a 3-4 star review due to some issues. I had my car professionally washed about a week after, and parts of the dipped areas, were bubbling or stripping off. Now I realize it could be from various issues, but I reached out to Rennin with photos. The team came back out a week later to redo/recheck all the deleted parts. Errors do happen, but they drove pretty far to come back and redo the areas that were coming off. Therefore, I decided to give a 5 star. read more

Let me start off by saying that I value customer service more than anything. I came here to get all four tires and my emblems plasti dipped. I talked to Bryce. I was quoted a reasonable price and told it would take about an hour. I dropped my car off, came back about an hour later, and my car was finished. Everything looked great initially. A couple of days later, I noticed that one of the wheels looked somewhat patchy. It wasn't too obvious, but it did bother me; so, I contacted Bryce.
