He's a good communicator and I requested a full interior and exterior wash with some interior leather treatment, quoted for $70. He did a PHENOMENAL job. Sammy went above and beyond, scrubbing the dirt and grime off my 2014 BMW's wheels, dusted off the interior leather and dashboard, and honestly, the car looks almost brand spanking new. I thought I had found my detailer, however, Sammy seems to be a very nice guy but his wash job is no better then going to a car wash at half the price, I went out to pay him and pointed so many areas he missed., I actually felt bad and just called it quits and paid him so he can get on his way. I drove the vehicle to dinner and the mirrors and window were all smeared, my wife asked what it costed me, I was embarrassed to tell her. Wow color me impressed. Very cordial professional guy Sammy. we had an 8 a.m. appointment but I was so happy he moved it to 9. Then he got to work right away even though it was sprinkling and then raining outside he kept at it and working hard. I was so impressed how impeccably clean the inside was. Had Sam come out for the first time to do 3 vehicles, one of which had tree sap on it. Sam said that the one vehicle that had tree sap, would require extra time and $, which was fine by me. Unfortunately, I had to leave during the process, therefore I could not inspect the finish product. When I returned, I noticed the two vehicles looked fine, the 3rd still had tree sap on it. I immediately called him, he informed me he had to leave due to another appointment, though he would return in 4 days to finish the job. Had Sammy come out last week to detail my truck, after her was done I took a quick look at the truck and everything looked good, I had my 1yr old daughter inside waiting for me so I was not able to do a thorough inspection. A few hours later I came out to do a more thorough inspection and noticed all of my wheels looked like they had a white film on them. I tried to wipe it off and noticed it was etched into the metal. I immediately messaged Sammy to let him know and he responded saying that it's impossible that they caused any damage because all they used was water. I told him I had seen his helper spraying something onto my wheels, then he admitted to using two separate products on the wheels. He told me he would come out to take a look at it Monday morning at 11:15, he never showed so I called him. Now he is telling me he is not going to come because he is sure he didn't damage my wheels. I went to get a second opinion on this from another reputable detailer and was told it looked like degreaser was sprayed onto my wheels causing it to etch the metal. Do yourself a favor and if you care about your care don't call these guys. Not only did he damage all my wheels but he is refusing to be held accountable and he lied to me about coming out here to take a look at it. I would give zero stars if I could read more

I scheduled Sammy to come down and detail my car for today. He was very professional, paid close attention to minor details in/around my car that other car detailing places I've taken my car to never get to. He arrived earlier than scheduled and will definitely be having him come down twice a month for future maintenance car washes.
